• இந்திய சமூக அறிவியல் ஆய்வுக் கழகம் (Indian Council of Social Science Research) (ICSSR), சமுக அறிவியல் துறைகளில் ஆய்வுகள் மேற்கொள்வதற்கு, 1969ஆம் ஆண்டில் இந்திய அரசு நிறுவியது. 
• சமூக அறிவியல் துறைகளில் விரிவான ஆய்வுகளை மேம்படுத்த, இந்திய சமூக அறிவியல் ஆய்வுக் கழகத்திற்கு துணையாக இந்தியாவில் 27 ஆய்வு நிறுவனங்கள் உள்ளது.

• இந்திய சமூக அறிவியல் ஆய்வுக் கழகம் பல துறைகளில், திட்ட உதவியாளர் (Project Assistant), முனைவர் மற்றும் முதுமுனைவர்களுக்கான ஆய்வுப் படிப்புகள் கொண்டுள்ளது.
• பொருளாதாரம், வணிகம், மேலாண்மை மற்றும் வணிக நிர்வாகம்
• சமூகவியல், மானிடவியல், சமூக மானிடவியல், சமுகப் பணி, மக்கள் தொகையியல் மற்றும் பாலின தொடர்பான பிரச்சனைகள் ஆய்வுகள்
• அரசியல் அறிவியல், பன்னாட்டு உறவு, புவி இயல், பொது நிர்வாகம்

• The Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) was established by the Government of India in 1969 to carry out research in the fields of social science.
• There are 27 research institutes in India affiliated to the Indian Institute of Social Sciences to promote comprehensive research in the fields of social sciences.
