இந்திர தனுஷ் திட்டம் / INDRA DHANUSH SCHEME

  • மத்திய அரசின் இந்திர தனுஷ் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் இரண்டு வயதுக்குட்பட்ட குழந்தைகள் மற்றும் கர்ப்பிணிகளுக்கு காசநோய், மஞ்சள் காமாலை, தொண்டை அடைப்பான், கக்குவான் இருமல், ரணஜன்னி, நிமோனியா காய்ச்சல், தட்டம்மை, மூளைக்காய்ச்சல் ஆகிய நோய்களுக்கான தடுப்பூசி, தடுப்பு மருந்துகள் வழங்கப்படும்.
  • தமிழகத்தில் காஞ்சிபுரம், திருவள்ளூர், வேலூர், திருச்சி, மதுரை, விருதுநகர், திருநெல்வேலி, கோவை ஆகிய எட்டு மாவட்டங்களில் இந்தத் திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படவுள்ளது.
  • இந்த மாவட்டங்களில் தடுப்பு மருந்துகள் வழங்காமல் விடுபட்ட குழந்தைகள், கர்ப்பிணிகளுக்கு விடுபட்ட தடுப்பு மருந்துகள் வழங்கப்படும். ஏப்ரல், மே, ஜூன், ஜூலை ஆகிய நான்கு மாதங்களில் தொடர்ந்து ஒரு வாரம் இந்தத் தடுப்பு மருந்துகள் வழங்கப்படும். 
  • முதற்கட்டமாக ஏப்ரல் 7-ஆம் தேதி முதல் 13-ஆம் தேதி வரை மருந்துகள் வழங்கப்படும்.
இயங்கும் நாள் நேரங்கள்
  • மாவட்டங்களில் துணை சுகாதார நிலையங்கள், அங்கன்வாடி மையங்களில் 3,260 தடுப்பு மருந்து மையங்கள் நிறுவப்பட்டு காலை 9 மணி முதல் மாலை 4 மணி வரை வழங்கப்படும். 
  • தேசிய தடுப்பூசி அட்டவணைப்படி முகாம் நாள்களில் தொடர்ந்து மருந்து கொடுக்கப்படும். இடம் பெயர்ந்து வாழும் தொழிலாளர்களின் குழந்தைகளுக்கும் முகாம் நாள்களில் அவர்கள் வசிக்கும் இடத்திலேயே தடுப்பூசி, தடுப்பு மருந்து வழங்கப்படும்.
  • 116 நடமாடும் குழுக்களின் மூலமாக தொலைதூரம், எளிதில் செல்ல முடியாத பகுதிகளில் வசிக்கும் குழந்தைகளுக்குத் தடுப்பூசி மருந்து வழங்கப்பட உள்ளது. 25 ஆயிரத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட சுகாதாரப் பணியாளர்கள், அங்கன்வாடிப் பணியாளர்கள், தன்னார்வலர்கள் இந்தப் பணியில் ஈடுபட உள்ளனர்.
  • Under the Central Government's Indira Dhanush scheme, children under two years of age and pregnant women will be given vaccinations and preventive medicines for tuberculosis, jaundice, whooping cough, whooping cough, rananjani, pneumonia, measles and meningitis.
  • The scheme will be implemented in eight districts of Tamil Nadu namely Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Vellore, Trichy, Madurai, Virudhunagar, Tirunelveli and Coimbatore.
  • In these districts, children and pregnant women who are not given preventive medicines will be given the missing preventive medicines. 
  • These vaccines will be given for one consecutive week in the four months of April, May, June and July. Medicines will be provided initially from 7th to 13th April.
Hours of Operation
  • 3,260 preventive medicine centers will be established in sub-health centers and Anganwadi centers in the districts and will be provided from 9 am to 4 pm. As per the National Immunization Schedule, medication will be given continuously during the camp days. 
  • Children of migrant workers will also be given vaccination and immunization at their place of residence during the camp days.
  • Children living in remote and inaccessible areas are being given vaccinations through 116 mobile teams. More than 25 thousand health workers, Anganwadi workers and volunteers are involved in this work.
