- இந்தியா டுடே ஆங்கில இதழ் ஒவ்வோர் ஆண்டு இறுதியிலும் மாநிலங்களின் செயல்பாடு குறித்து 'ஸ்டேட் ஆப் தி ஸ்டேட்ஸ்' என்ற பெயரில் தரவரிசைப் பட்டியலை வெளியிட்டு வருகிறது.
- பொருளாதாரம், மருத்துவம், விவசாயம், கல்வி, உள்கட்டமைப்பு வசதி, சட்டம் ஒழுங்கு, சுற்றுலா மற்றும் சுற்றுச்சூழல் ஆகிய பிரிவுகளின் கீழ் மாநிலங்கள் தரவரிசைப்படுத்தப்படும்.
- அந்த வகையில் இந்த ஆண்டிற்கான தரவரிசைப் பட்டியல் தற்போது வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதில், ஒட்டுமொத்தமாக சிறந்த செயல்பாடு பட்டியலில் தமிழகம் முதல் இடத்தை பிடித்து அசத்தி உள்ளது.
- மொத்தமுள்ள 2080 புள்ளிகளில் தமிழகம் 1,321.5 புள்ளிகளை பெற்று முதல் இடத்தை தக்க வைத்துள்ளது. இமாச்சலப்பிரதேசம் 1,312.5 புள்ளிகளுடன் 2வது இடத்திலும், கேரளா 1,263.5 புள்ளிகளுடன் 3வது இடத்திலும், குஜராத் 1,217.7 புள்ளிகளுடன் 4வது இடத்திலும் உள்ளன.
- மருத்துவம், கல்வி, பொருளாதாரம், விவசாயம், நிர்வாகம், உள்கட்டமைப்பு, ஒருமித்த வளர்ச்சி, தொழில்முனைவு, சுற்றுச்சூழல், சுற்றுலா, சட்டம் மற்றும் ஒழுங்கு, தூய்மை ஆகிய 12 பிரிவுகளில் நடத்தப்பட்ட ஆய்வில், 9 பிரிவுகளில் தமிழகம் முதல் 5 இடங்களை பிடித்துள்ளது.
- அதாவது, ஒருமித்த வளர்ச்சியில் முதல் இடத்தையும், பொருளாதாரத்தில் குஜராத்துக்கு அடுத்தபடியாக 2வது இடத்தையும் பிடித்துள்ளது. பொருளாதார பிரிவில் கடந்த ஆண்டு 4வது இடத்தில் இருந்த தமிழகம் இந்த ஆண்டு 2வது இடத்திற்கு முன்னேறி உள்ளது.
- உள்கட்டமைப்பு, தூய்மை மற்றும் சுகாதாரம் ஆகிய பிரிவுகளில் 3வது இடத்தையும், சட்டம் ஒழுங்கு, சுற்றுச்சூழல், கல்வி ஆகிய பிரிவுகளில் 4வது இடத்தையும், தொழில்முனைவு பிரிவில் 5வது இடத்தையும் பெற்றுள்ளது.
- கடந்த 16 மாதங்களில் மட்டும் திமுக அரசு 207 புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தங்கள் மூலமாக ரூ.2.23 லட்சம் கோடி முதலீகளை ஈர்த்துள்ளதாகவும், 3 லட்சத்து 44 ஆயிரத்து 150 பேருக்கு வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை ஏற்படுத்திக் கொடுத்திருப்பதாகவும் இந்தியா டுடே குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளது.
- மின் உற்பத்தி திட்டங்கள், எலக்ட்ரானிக்ஸ், வாகன உதிரி பாகங்கள், மருந்து தயாரிப்பு, தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம் ஆகிய துறைகளில் அதிக முதலீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும், தமிழ்நாட்டில் உருவாகி வரும் 5 சிறப்பு பொருளாதார மண்டலங்கள் மூலமாக 22 ஆயிரம் பேருக்கு வேலை வாய்ப்பு கிடைக்க உள்ளதாகவும் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- சென்னை முதல் கன்னியாகுமரி வரையிலும் மற்றும் சென்னை முதல் பெங்களூரு வரையிலான தொழில் பாதைகளை சர்வதேச தரத்தில் உருவாக்க தமிழக அரசு திட்டமிட்டு வருவதை சுட்டிக்காட்டியுள்ள இந்தியா டுடே, புதுப்பிக்கத்தக்க எரிசக்தி, பசுமை ஹைட்ரஜன் ஆகிய துறைகளில் பிற மாநிலங்களுக்கு முன்மாதிரியாக செயல்பட்டு வருவதாக தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
- 10 லட்சம் இளைஞர்களை தொழில் துறைக்கு தயார்ப்படுத்தும் தமிழக அரசின் 'நான் முதல்வன்' திட்டம் மூலம் இதுவரை 1,027 வேலைவாய்ப்பு முகாம்கள் மூலமாக 1 லட்சத்து 10 ஆயிரம் இளைஞர்களுக்கு வேலை வாய்ப்பு உறுதி செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதும் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளது.
- 100 சதவீத மானியம் வழங்கும் 'கலைஞரின் அனைத்து கிராம வேளாண் விரிவாக்கத் திட்டம்', கல்லூரி மாணவிகளுக்கு மாதம் ரூ.1000 ஊக்கத்தொகை வழங்கும் 'புதுமைப்பெண் திட்டம்', ரூ.7000 ஆயிரம் கோடியில் பள்ளிகளை தரம் உயர்த்தும் 'பேராசிரியர் அன்பழகன் திட்டம்', சாலை விபத்து மரணங்களை தடுக்கும் 'இன்னுயிர் காப்போம் திட்டம்', 'மக்களைத் தேடி மருத்துவம் திட்டம்' பிற மாநிலங்களுக்கு முன்மாதிரியாக இருப்பதாக குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- தமிழக முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தலைமையிலான திமுக ஆட்சி, பொருளாதார ரீதியான வளர்ச்சி திட்டங்கள், எளிய மக்களுக்கான நலத்திட்டங்களை உள்ளடக்கியுள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

- At the end of every year, the English magazine India Today publishes a ranking list named 'State of the States'. The states will be ranked under the categories of economy, medicine, agriculture, education, infrastructure, law and order, tourism and environment.
- Accordingly, the rank list for this year has now been published. Out of which, Tamil Nadu is ranked first in the overall best performance list. Out of the total 2080 points, Tamil Nadu secured 1,321.5 points and retained the first position.
- Himachal Pradesh is 2nd with 1,312.5 points, Kerala is 3rd with 1,263.5 points and Gujarat is 4th with 1,217.7 points.
- In the survey conducted in 12 categories namely medicine, education, economy, agriculture, administration, infrastructure, inclusive growth, entrepreneurship, environment, tourism, law and order and cleanliness, Tamil Nadu has occupied the top 5 positions in 9 categories.
- That is, it ranks first in terms of overall growth and 2nd in terms of economy after Gujarat. In the economic category, Tamil Nadu, which was ranked 4th last year, has moved up to the 2nd position this year. It was ranked 3rd in Infrastructure, Cleanliness and Sanitation, 4th in Law and Order, Environment and Education and 5th in Entrepreneurship.
- India Today mentioned that in the last 16 months alone, the DMK government has attracted investments of Rs.2.23 lakh crore through 207 MoUs and has created employment opportunities for 3 lakh 44 thousand 150 people.
- It has been mentioned that a lot of investment has been made in the fields of power generation projects, electronics, auto spare parts, pharmaceuticals, information technology, and 22 thousand people are getting employment through the 5 special economic zones that are being developed in Tamil Nadu.
- Pointing out that the Tamil Nadu government is planning to develop industrial corridors from Chennai to Kanyakumari and from Chennai to Bengaluru of international standards, India Today has informed that it is acting as an example to other states in the fields of renewable energy and green hydrogen.
- It has also been mentioned that 1 lakh 10 thousand youth have been provided employment through 1,027 employment camps through the Tamil Nadu government's 'Naan Mutuvan' program to prepare 10 lakh youth for the industry.
- 100 per cent subsidy for 'All Village Agricultural Extension Scheme of Artist', 'Innovation Girl Scheme' which gives Rs 1000 per month incentive to college students, 'Professor Anbazhagan Scheme' to upgrade schools at a cost of Rs 7000 thousand crore, 'Innuyir Kappom Scheme' to prevent road accident deaths, The 'People Seeking Medicine' scheme has been cited as a model for other states.
- It has been reported that the DMK regime led by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K.Stalin has included economic development programs and welfare programs for the common people.
- Appreciating the government's decisions like bringing in international economists from Esther Dablo to Raghuram Rajan and taking action on the grievances of the people through the Chief Minister in Your Constituency scheme, India Today said Chief Minister M. K. Stalin's rule was better than the previous one.
- India Today also mentioned in its study that Tamil Nadu, which was ranked 19th in the category of personal activities of the Chief Minister in 2019 and 2020, has now moved to the first position.
