• 2019-2020 இடைக்கால பட்ஜெட்டில் சிறு மற்றும் குறு விவசாயிகளின் வருவாயை பெருக்கும் நோக்கத்துடன் PM KISAN யோஜனா தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
• தகுதியான பயனாளிகளுக்குப் பலன்களை மாற்றும் வகையில் இந்தத் திட்டம் டிசம்பர் 01, 2018 முதல் அமலுக்கு வந்தது.
• இத்திட்டத்தின் நோக்கமானது, விவசாயிகளின் நிதித் தேவைகளைப் பூர்த்தி செய்து, சரியான பயிர் ஆரோக்கியத்தையும், சரியான விளைச்சலையும், எதிர்பார்க்கப்படும் பண்ணை வருவாக்கு ஏற்பவும் உறுதி செய்வதாகும்.
• இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம், 75000 கோடி ரூபாய் செலவில் 12 கோடி சிறு மற்றும் குறு விவசாயிகள் பயன்பெற அரசு திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.
• மொத்தம் 2 ஹெக்டேர் வரை சாகுபடி செய்யக்கூடிய விவசாய குடும்பங்களுக்கு ரூ. 6000 வருடத்திற்கு மூன்று சம தவணைகளில் வழங்கப்படும். இந்த தவணைகள் காலாண்டு அடிப்படையில் வெளியிடப்படும்.
• தகுதியான பயனாளிகளுக்கு முதல் தவணை 01.12.2018 முதல் 31.03.2019 வரையிலான காலகட்டமாக இருக்கும்.
• தகுதியுள்ள விவசாயிகளின் வங்கிக் கணக்கில் நான்கு மாதங்களுக்கு ரூ.2,000 நேரடியாக மூன்று தவணைகளில் வரவு வைக்கப்படும்.

பயனாளிகளை விலக்குதல்

• அரசியலமைப்பு பதவிகளை முன்னாள் மற்றும் தற்போதைய வைத்திருப்பவர்கள்.
• முன்னாள் மற்றும் தற்போதைய அமைச்சர்கள், எம்எல்ஏ அல்லது எம்.பி
• மத்திய/மாநில அரசு அமைச்சகங்களில் பணிபுரியும் அல்லது ஓய்வுபெற்ற அனைத்து அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் பணியாளர்கள்
• மாதாந்திர ஓய்வூதியம் ரூ. 10,000/- அல்லது அதற்கு மேல் உள்ள அனைத்து ஓய்வுபெற்ற/ஓய்வு பெற்ற ஓய்வூதியதாரர்கள்
• கடந்த மதிப்பீட்டு ஆண்டில் வருமான வரி செலுத்திய அனைத்து நபர்களும்.
• மருத்துவர்கள், பொறியாளர்கள், வழக்கறிஞர்கள், CA மற்றும் கட்டிடக் கலைஞர்கள் போன்ற தொழில் வல்லுநர்கள்

ENGLISH

• PM KISAN Yojana was launched in the Interim Budget 2019-2020 with an objective to augment the income of the Small and Marginal farmers
• The scheme took effect from December 01, 2018 to transfer benefits to the eligible beneficiaries. 
• The aim of the scheme is to support the financial needs of the farmers to ensure proper crop health and appropriate yields, commensurate with the anticipated farm income.
• With the help of this scheme, the government is planning to benefit 12 crore small and marginal farmers with a budget outlay of 75000 crores.
• Farmer families with total cultivable holding up to 2 hectares will be provided with Rs. 6000 per annum to be given in three equal instalments. These instalments will be released on a quarterly basis. 
• The first instalment to eligible beneficiaries shall be for the period from 01.12.2018 to 31.03.2019. 
• The income of Rs. 2,000 for four months will be directly credited to the bank accounts of eligible farmers in three instalments.

Exclusion of Beneficiaries

• Former and present holders of constitutional posts.
• Former and present Ministers, MLA or MPs
• All serving or retired officers and employees of Central/ State Government Ministries 
• All superannuated/retired pensioners whose monthly pension is Rs.10,000/-or more 
• All Persons who paid Income Tax in last assessment year.
• Professionals like Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, CA, and Architects
