சாத் திட்டம் / SAATH SCHEME

• சுயஉதவிக்குழு பெண்களுக்காக ‘சாத்’ என்ற பெயரில் கிராமப்புற நிறுவனங்களின் முடுக்கம் திட்டம் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
• ‘சாத்’-- கிராமப்புற நிறுவனங்களின் முடுக்கம் திட்டம்
• இதை ஜம்மு & காஷ்மீர் லெப்டினன்ட் கவர்னர் மனோஜ் சின்ஹா தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.
• இந்தத் திட்டம் பெண்களின் வாழ்க்கையை மாற்றியமைத்து, சமூக மற்றும் நிதித் துறைகளை கையாள்வதற்கு அவர்களை சுதந்திரமாக மாற்றும்.
• இந்த திட்டம் சுய உதவிக்குழுக்களால் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட தயாரிப்புகளுக்கு வழிகாட்டுதல் மற்றும் சந்தை இணைப்பை வழங்கும்.
• சுய உதவிக் குழுக்களுடன் தொடர்புடைய மற்றும் சிறு வேலைகளைச் செய்யும் பெண்களின் வாழ்க்கையை இது மாற்றியமைக்கும்.
• பேக்கேஜிங், மார்க்கெட்டிங், பிராண்டிங், ஃபைனான்ஸ், திறன்கள் என அனைத்து அம்சங்களிலும் பெண்களுக்கு வழிகாட்டும் திட்டம், இதன் மூலம் அவர்கள் தங்கள் தொழிலை மேம்படுத்த முடியும்.
• இந்த ‘சாத்’ திட்டத்தின் கீழ், 5,000 பெண்களுக்கு பயிலரங்குகள் நடத்தப்படும். இதிலிருந்து தீவிர பயிற்சி பெறும் 500 பெண்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுவார்கள் மேலும் 100 பேர் வழிகாட்டுதலுக்கு தேர்வு செய்யப்படுவார்கள்.
• விவசாயம், கோழி வளர்ப்பு, கால்நடை பராமரிப்பு, கைத்தறி மற்றும் கைவினைப் பொருட்கள் மற்றும் பல துறைகளில் பெண்களுக்கு பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படும்.

• The Rural Enterprises Acceleration Programme named ‘Saath’ was launched for Self-Help Group women.
• ‘Saath’-- Rural Enterprises Acceleration Programme
• It was launched by Lieutenant-Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Manoj Sinha.
• The programme will transform the lives of the women, make them independent to deal with social and financial sectors.
• The programme will provide mentorship and market connectivity to the products developed by SHGs.
• It will transform the lives of the women who are associated with SHGs and doing small work.
• The programme will guide the women in every aspect like packaging, marketing, branding, finance, skills so that they can uplift their businesses.
• Under this ‘Saath’ programme, workshops will be held for 5,000 women. Further from this, 500 women will be selected who will undergo intensive training and a further 100 will be selected for the mentoring.
• Women will be trained in the sectors like Agriculture, Poultry, Animal Husbandry, handloom, and handicraft, and many others.
