உபாஜ் என்ற கலைகளின் புதுமைக்கண்டுபிடிப்புகள் திருவிழா / Upaaj Festival of Arts Innovations

• உலக அறிவுசார் சொத்துரிமை தினத்தையொட்டி, உபாஜ் என்ற கலைகளின் புதுமைக்கண்டுபிடிப்புகள் திருவிழா புதுதில்லியில் உள்ள நித்தி ஆயோக்கில் ஏப்ரல் 26, 2023 அன்று தொடங்கியது. 
• காப்புரிமைகள் தலைமை கட்டுப்பாட்டாளர், வடிவங்கள் மற்றும் வர்த்தக குறியீடுகள் ஏற்பாடு செய்த உலக அறிவுசார் தின கொண்டாட்டத்தையொட்டி இந்நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தது.
• ஒரே நேரத்தில் நித்தி ஆயோக்கின் அடல் புத்தாக்க இயக்கம், கலைச் செயல்பாடுகளில் புதுமை கண்டுபிடிப்புகளை பாதுகாப்பதன் முக்கியத்துவம் மற்றும் சவால்கள் குறித்த குழு விவாதத்தை நடத்தியது. 
• கலைஞர்கள், புதுமை கண்டுபிடிப்பாளர்கள், அறிவுசார் சொத்துரிமை நிபுணர்கள் உள்ளிட்டோர் இந்த குழு விவாதத்தில் பங்கேற்றனர்.

• On the occasion of World Intellectual Property Day, Upaaj, a festival of innovation in the arts, began on April 26, 2023 at Niti Aayog, New Delhi.
• The event was organized in conjunction with the World Intellectual Property Day celebrations organized by the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks.
• Simultaneously NITI Aayog's Atal Innovation Initiative held a panel discussion on the importance and challenges of protecting innovation in arts activities.
• Artists, innovators, and intellectual property experts participated in the panel discussion.
