INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY 2023 - 12TH AUGUST / சர்வதேச இளைஞர் தினம் 2023: சர்வதேச இளைஞர் தினம் ஆண்டுதோறும் ஆகஸ்ட் 12 அன்று கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. வரவிருக்கும் தலைமுறையினரை ஈடுபடுத்துதல் மற்றும் ஊக்குவிப்பது பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வையும் உணர்வையும் பரப்புவதற்காக ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் சபை (UN) இந்த நாளை அறிவித்தது.

லிஸ்பனில் இளைஞர்கள் தொடர்பான உலக அமைச்சர்கள் கூட்டத்தின் பரிந்துரைகளை ஏற்று ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் பொதுச் சபை (UNGA) தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்றிய பின்னர் 1999 இல் முதல் சர்வதேச இளைஞர் தினம் கொண்டாடப்பட்டது.
