• சமூக நீதி மற்றும் அதிகாரமளித்தல் அமைச்சகமும், தேசிய தூய்மைத் தொழிலாளர்கள் நிதி மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டுக் கழகமும் 2023-24 மற்றும் 2024-25 நிதியாண்டுகளுக்கான புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தத்தில் கையெழுத்திட்டுள்ளன. 
• இந்த உத்தி சார்ந்த கூட்டாண்மை நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள இந்த விளிம்புநிலை சமூகங்களுக்கு அதிகாரமளிப்பதில் கவனம் செலுத்துவதன் மூலம் தூய்மைத் தொழிலாளர்கள், மனிதக்கழிவை கையால் அகற்றுபவர்கள், குப்பை அள்ளுபவர்கள் மற்றும் அவர்களைச் சார்ந்திருப்பவர்களின் சமூகப் பொருளாதார மேம்பாட்டை மேம்படுத்துவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.
• குறிப்பிட்ட இலக்கான நலத்திட்டங்களுக்கு நிதியை திறம்பட ஒதுக்கீடு செய்வதன் மூலமும் பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலமும் அனைவரையும் உள்ளடக்கிய வளர்ச்சியை விரைவுபடுத்துவதற்கான உறுதிப்பாட்டை இந்தப் புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் சுட்டிக்காட்டுகிறது.
• பாதுகாப்பு, கல்வி, திறன் மேம்பாடு, தொழில்முனைவு மற்றும் நிலையான வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை ஊக்குவிக்கும் முன்முயற்சிகளை அதிகரிக்க இந்த கூட்டாண்மை முயற்சிக்கிறது. 
•  நமது சுற்றுப்புறத்தை சுத்தமாக வைத்திருக்க மோசமான காலநிலையை எதிர்கொண்டு கடினமாக உழைக்கும் இந்தத் தொழிலாளர்களின் முழுமையான முன்னேற்றத்திற்கு பங்களிக்கிறது.

• The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and the National Sanitation Workers Fund and Development Corporation have signed an MoU for the financial years 2023-24 and 2024-25.
• This strategic partnership aims to enhance the socioeconomic development of sanitation workers, manual scavengers, scavengers and their dependents by focusing on empowering these marginalized communities across the country.
• The MoU indicates a commitment to accelerate inclusive development through effective allocation and utilization of funds for specific targeted welfare programmes.
• The partnership seeks to scale up initiatives that promote conservation, education, skill development, entrepreneurship and sustainable employment.
• Contributing to the overall development of these workers who work hard in the face of bad weather to keep our surroundings clean.
