INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEACE 2023 - 21st SEPTEMBER / சர்வதேச அமைதி நாள் 2023 - 21 செப்டம்பர்: சர்வதேச அமைதி தினம் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் செப்டம்பர் 21 அன்று உலகம் முழுவதும் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. அனைத்து நாடுகளுக்கும் மக்களுக்கும் இடையே அமைதிக்கான இலட்சியங்களை கட்டியெழுப்புவதற்காக இந்த நாள் அர்ப்பணிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

உலக அல்லது சர்வதேச அமைதி தினம் 1981 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் சபையால் ஒருமனதாக தீர்மானம் கொண்டு நிறுவப்பட்ட அமைதி நாள் என்றும் அழைக்கப்படுகிறது.

INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEACE 2023 - 21st SEPTEMBER / சர்வதேச அமைதி நாள் 2023 - 21 செப்டம்பர்: ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் செப்டம்பர் 21 அன்று அனுசரிக்கப்படும் சர்வதேச அமைதி தினம், 1981 இல் ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் சபையால் நிறுவப்பட்டது. இதன் நோக்கம் உலகளாவிய போர்நிறுத்தம் மற்றும் அகிம்சையை ஊக்குவிப்பதாகும். 

இந்த நாள் அமைதி தொடர்பான பிரச்சினைகள் பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்தவும், மோதல் தீர்வு மற்றும் நல்லிணக்கத்திற்கான முயற்சிகளை ஊக்குவிக்கவும் ஒரு வாய்ப்பை வழங்குகிறது. முதல் அமைதி தினம் 1982 இல் கொண்டாடப்பட்டது.

வன்முறை, பாகுபாடு மற்றும் மோதல்கள் இல்லாத உலகத்தை நோக்கிச் செயல்பட வேண்டிய அவசரத் தேவையை இது நினைவூட்டுகிறது. இந்த நாள் தனிநபர்கள், சமூகங்கள் மற்றும் நாடுகளை உரையாடல், புரிதல் மற்றும் ஒத்துழைப்பை மேம்படுத்தும் நடவடிக்கைகளில் ஈடுபட ஊக்குவிக்கிறது.

INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEACE 2023 - 21st SEPTEMBER / சர்வதேச அமைதி நாள் 2023 - 21 செப்டம்பர்: ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் சர்வதேச அமைதி தினம் (IDP) உலகம் முழுவதும் செப்டம்பர் 21 அன்று அனுசரிக்கப்படுகிறது. 24 மணிநேர அகிம்சை மற்றும் போர்நிறுத்தத்தை கடைபிடிப்பதன் மூலம் அமைதியின் இலட்சியங்களை வலுப்படுத்த அர்ப்பணிக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு நாளாக ஐநா பொதுச் சபை அறிவித்துள்ளது. 

சர்வதேச அமைதி நாள் 2023 தீம் 'அமைதிக்கான நடவடிக்கைகள் - #உலகளாவிய இலக்குகளுக்கான எங்கள் லட்சியம்'. நமது தனிப்பட்ட மற்றும் கூட்டுச் செயல்கள் உலக அமைதியை எவ்வாறு பாதிக்கலாம் மற்றும் வளர்க்கலாம் என்பதை அடையாளம் காண இது ஒரு உந்துதல்.

2023 என்பது மனித உரிமைகளுக்கான உலகளாவிய பிரகடனம் மற்றும் இனப்படுகொலை தடுப்பு மற்றும் தண்டனை தொடர்பான மாநாட்டின் 75வது ஆண்டு விழாவாகும்.

INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEACE 2023 - 21st SEPTEMBER: Each year the International Day of Peace (IDP) is observed around the world on 21 September. The UN General Assembly has declared this as a day devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace, through observing 24 hours of non-violence and cease-fire. Never has our world needed peace more.

World Peace Day 2023 Theme: For International Day of Peace 2023, the theme is 'Actions for Peace: Our Ambition for the #Global Goals'. It is a push for us to recognise how our individual and collective actions can affect and foster global peace. 

2023 is also the 75th anniversaries of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide. IDP 2023 encourages all youth to be ambitious in their engagement as positive and constructive social agents, to join the movement to reach the SDGs and contribute to building sustainable peace.
