WORLD COCONUT DAY 2023 - 2ND SEPTEMBER 2023 / உலக தேங்காய் தினம் 2023 - 2 செப்டம்பர் 2023: உலக தேங்காய் தினம் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் செப்டம்பர் 2 அன்று இந்தியா உட்பட ஆசிய பசிபிக் பிராந்தியத்தில் உள்ள பல நாடுகளில் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. உலக தேங்காய் தினம் 2009 ஆம் ஆண்டு அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டது.

WORLD COCONUT DAY 2023 - 2ND SEPTEMBER 2023 / உலக தேங்காய் தினம் 2023 - 2 செப்டம்பர் 2023: இந்தியாவில், தேசிய தேங்காய் வாரியம் தேங்காய் உற்பத்தியை நிர்வகிப்பதுடன், சிப்ஸ், எனர்ஜி பானங்கள், சட்னி, ஜாம் போன்ற தேங்காயில் இருந்து தயாரிக்கப்படும் பல்வேறு துணைப் பொருட்களை ஊக்குவிக்கிறது.

உலகில் தேங்காய் உற்பத்தியில் இந்தோனேஷியா முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளது. பிலிப்பைன்ஸ் இரண்டாவது இடத்தில் உள்ளது, மேலும் இந்தியா தேங்காய் உற்பத்தியில் மூன்றாவது இடத்தில் உள்ளது.
