உலக ஆடியோவிஷுவல் ஹெரிடேஜ் தினம் 2023 / WORLD DAY FOR AUDIOVISUAL HERITAGE 2023 - 27TH OCTOBER: நமது பாரம்பரியத்தை வருங்கால சந்ததியினருக்காக பாதுகாக்கும் ஆடியோ-விஷுவல் பாதுகாப்பு வல்லுநர்கள் மற்றும் நிறுவனங்களை கவுரவிப்பதற்காக ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் அக்டோபர் 27 ஆம் தேதி உலக ஆடியோவிஷுவல் ஹெரிடேஜ் தினம் அனுசரிக்கப்படுகிறது.
பதிவுசெய்யப்பட்ட ஒலி மற்றும் ஆடியோவிஷுவல் ஆவணங்களின் (திரைப்படங்கள், ஒலி மற்றும் வீடியோ பதிவுகள், வானொலி மற்றும் தொலைக்காட்சி நிகழ்ச்சிகள்) முக்கியத்துவம் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு அபாயங்கள் பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்த 2005 ஆம் ஆண்டில் யுனெஸ்கோவால் இந்த நாள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டது.

உலக ஆடியோவிஷுவல் ஹெரிடேஜ் தினம் 2023 / WORLD DAY FOR AUDIOVISUAL HERITAGE 2023 - 27TH OCTOBER: நகரும் படங்களைப் பாதுகாக்கவும் பாதுகாக்கவும் இந்த நாள் 1980 ஆம் ஆண்டில் பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட பொது மாநாட்டின் 21 வது அமர்வின் நினைவாக ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது.
ஆனால் இது யுனெஸ்கோவின் பொது மாநாட்டின் 33வது அமர்வாகும், இதில் 33C/தீர்மானம் 53 அக்டோபர் 27 ஐ உலக ஆடியோவிஷுவல் ஹெரிடேஜ் நாளாக அறிவிக்க ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது.

உலக ஆடியோவிஷுவல் ஹெரிடேஜ் தினம் 2023 / WORLD DAY FOR AUDIOVISUAL HERITAGE 2023 - 27TH OCTOBER: சமூக, நிதி, அரசியல், தொழில்நுட்பம் மற்றும் ஒலி-காட்சி பாரம்பரியத்தின் பாதுகாப்பிற்கு அச்சுறுத்தலை ஏற்படுத்தக்கூடிய பிற காரணிகளுக்கு எதிராக தொழில் வல்லுநர்களின் பணியைப் பாதுகாக்க இந்த நாள் முக்கியமானது. இந்த அச்சுறுத்தல்களில் சில காலாவதியான தொழில்நுட்பம், கவனக்குறைவு, இரசாயன சிதைவு போன்றவையாக இருக்கலாம்.
டிஜிட்டல் யுகத்தில் முன்னோக்கி செல்லும் போது நமது பாரம்பரியத்தை மறக்க வேண்டாம் என்று புதிய தலைமுறைக்கு நினைவூட்டுகிறது.
1992 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொடங்கப்பட்ட யுனெஸ்கோவின் உலக நினைவகம் திட்டத்தின் பார்வைக்கு ஏற்ப அன்றைய பார்வை உள்ளது, இது கலாச்சார ஒழுக்கங்கள் மற்றும் நடைமுறைகளின் முழு பாதுகாப்பையும் அங்கீகாரத்தையும் எந்த தடையும் இல்லாமல் அனைவருக்கும் அணுகுவதை வழங்குகிறது.

WORLD DAY FOR AUDIOVISUAL HERITAGE 2023 - 27TH OCTOBER: The World Day for Audiovisual Heritage is observed on 27 of October every year to honor audio-visual preservation professionals and institutions that safeguard our heritage for future generations.
The day was chosen by UNESCO in 2005 to raise awareness of the significance and preservation risks of recorded sound and audiovisual documents (films, sound and video recordings, radio and television program).
History of World Day for Audiovisual Heritage
WORLD DAY FOR AUDIOVISUAL HERITAGE 2023 - 27TH OCTOBER: This day was adopted to commemorate the day in 1980 by the 21st session of the General Conference of the Recommendation in a bid to safeguard and preserve the moving Images.
But it was the 33rd session of UNESCO’s General Conference in which 33C/Resolution 53 was adopted to proclaim 27 October as World Day for Audiovisual Heritage.
Significance of the World Day for Audiovisual Heritage
WORLD DAY FOR AUDIOVISUAL HERITAGE 2023 - 27TH OCTOBER: The day is significant as it motivates the preservation of work of professionals against the range of social, financial, political, technical and other factors that may pose a threat to the safeguards of audio-visual heritage. Some of these threats could be obsolete technology, lack of attention, chemical decay etc.
It reminds the new generation to not forget our heritage while going forward in the digital age. The vision of the day is in resonance with the vision of the UNESCO’s Memory of the World Project, launched in 1992, which is to provide full protection and recognition of cultural morals and practices and accessibility to all without any hindrance.
