INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REPORT OF TAMILNADU 2024 / தமிழ்நாட்டின் தொழில் வளர்ச்சி குறித்த ஆய்வு 2024: தமிழ்நாடு 8,42,720 மனித உழைப்பு நாள்கள் மகாராஷ்டிரம் 7,29,123 மனித உழைப்பு நாள்கள் குஜராத் 7,21,586 மனித உழைப்பு நாள்கள் தான் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் திரு.மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தமிழ்நாட்டின் தொழில் வளர்ச்சியில் பேரார்வம் கொண்டுள்ளார்கள். பெருந்தொழில்களைத் தொடங்கி இளைஞர்களுக்கு வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்கிடும் நோக்கில் தமிழ்நாட்டிலும், வெளிநாடுகளிலும் தொழில் முதலீடுகளை ஈர்த்துப் பல புதிய தொழிற்சாலைகளை உருவாக்கி வருகிறார்கள்.

அதே நேரத்தில் சிறுகுறு நடுத்தர தொழில்கள் அதிகளவில் தொடங்கிட ஊக்கமளிப்பதன் வாயிலாக சாதாரண மக்களும் அதிக வேலை வாய்ப்புகளைப் பெற்றுப் பயன்பெறுகின்றனர்.

இந்த வகையில் பொருளாதாரத்திலும் தொழில் வளர்ச்சியிலும் பல ஆண்டுகளாக முன்னிலையில் இருந்துவரும் குஜராத், மகாராஷ்டிரா ஆகிய மாநிலங்களை விட தமிழ்நாடு சிறுகுறு நடுத்தர தொழில்கள் மூலம் அதிக வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை வழங்கி மாபெரும் சாதனைகளை நிகழ்த்தி வருகிறது.

இந்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கியின் 2023-2024 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான வளர்ச்சி குறித்த ஆய்வேட்டில் இந்த விவரங்கள் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. அதாவது தமிழ்நாட்டில் 39,699 சிறுகுறு தொழில்கள் உள்ளன.

இவை 4,81,807 தொழிலாளிகளுக்கு வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை அளித்துள்ளது. இதன் மூலம் தமிழ்நாடு 8,42,720 மனித உழைப்பு நாள்களைக் (Mandays) கொண்டுள்ளது.

மகராஷ்டிரா மாநிலத்தில் 26,446 தொழிற்சாலைகள் உள்ளன. 6,45,222 தொழிலாளிகள் உள்ளனர். இம்மாநிலம் 7.29,123 மனித உழைப்பு நாள்களைக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

குஜராத் மாநிலத்தில் 31,031 தொழிற்சாலைகள் உள்ளன. 5,28,200 தொழிலாளிகள் உள்ளனர். இம்மாநிலம் 7,21.586 மனித உழைப்பு நாள்களைக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு அதிக வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை வழங்குதல் அதிகளவில் உற்பத்திகள் செய்தல் ஆகியவற்றில் மனித உழைப்பு நாள்களில் குஜராத் மகாராஷ்டிரம் மாநிலங்களை விட தமிழ்நாடு முன்னிலையில் உள்ளது என்பதை இந்த ஆய்வு தெரிவிக்கிறது.

கோவிட் 19 காலத்தில் கதவடைப்பு முதலிய இடர்ப்பாடுகளால் தொழில்களும் வேலை வாய்ப்புகளும் குறைந்த நிலையை இந்த திராவிட மாடல் அரசு பொறுப்பேற்றபின் தக்க நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொண்டு சீர்ப்படுத்தி வளர்ச்சியில் இன்று நல்ல முன்னேற்ற நிலையை அடைந்துள்ளது.

திராவிட மாடல் அரசு வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை அதிகரித்துள்ளதுடன் தொழிலாளர்களின் உற்பத்தித் திறனையும் அதிகரிக்கச் செய்து சிறந்த முறையில் வெற்றி கண்டுள்ளது.

இந்தப் புள்ளி விவரங்கள் அடிப்படையில் தமிழ்நாடு 8,42,720 மனித உழைப்பு நாள்களைக் கொண்டு தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு அதிக வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை வழங்குவதில் இந்தியாவில் முதலிடம் பெற்றுள்ளது என்பதை இந்திய ரிசர்வ் வங்கியின் ஆய்வறிக்கை தெளிவுபடுத்தியுள்ளது.

தமிழ்நாடு ஒரு தொழிலாளிக்கு சராசரியாக 1.75 மனித உழைப்பு நாள்களை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. ஆனால் மகாராஷ்டிரம் ஒரு தொழிலாளிக்கு 1.13 மனித உழைப்பு நாள்களுக்கும். குஜராத் ஒரு தொழிலாளிக்கு 1.37 மனித உழைப்பு நாள்களுக்கும் மட்டுமே வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை அளிக்கின்றன.

இந்தப் புள்ளி விவரங்கள் மற்ற இரண்டு மாநிலங்களை விட தமிழ்நாடு வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை அதிகரித்து உழைப்பாளிகளைத் தகுந்த முறையில் பயன்படுத்தியுள்ளது என்ற உண்மையைப் புலப்படுத்துகின்றன.

அதேபோல பெரிய மாநிலங்களான உத்திரபிரதேசம், மத்தியபிரதேசம் ஆகிய மாநிலங்களிலும் மனித உழைப்பு நாள்கள், தொழிலாளிகள் இடையே பெரிய வேறுபாடு காணப்படுவதாகவும் இந்த ஆய்வு குறிப்பிடுகிறது.

In this regard, Tamil Nadu is achieving great achievements by providing more job opportunities through small and medium enterprises than states like Gujarat and Maharashtra, which have been leading the economy and industrial development for many years.

These details have been given in the Reserve Bank of India's Growth Survey for the year 2023-2024. That is, there are 39,699 small and micro industries in Tamil Nadu. These have provided employment opportunities to 4,81,807 workers. Through this, Tamil Nadu has 8,42,720 man-days of labor.

This study shows that Gujarat and Maharashtra are ahead of the states in terms of man-days of labor in terms of providing more employment opportunities to workers and producing more products.

The Dravidian model government has taken appropriate measures after taking charge to rectify the situation of low employment and job opportunities due to the lockdown during the Covid-19 period and has achieved good progress in development today.

Based on these statistics, a study by the Reserve Bank of India has clarified that Tamil Nadu has ranked first in India in providing the most employment opportunities to workers with 8,42,720 man-days of labor.

Tamil Nadu has created an average of 1.75 man-days of labor per worker. But Maharashtra provides only 1.13 man-days of labor per worker. Gujarat provides only 1.37 man-days of labor per worker.

These statistics reveal the fact that Tamil Nadu has increased employment opportunities and utilized workers appropriately compared to the other two states. Similarly, the study also indicates that there is a large difference between man-days of labor and workers in the large states of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
