MOBILE MUTHAMMA THITTAM / மொபைல் முத்தம்மா திட்டம்: தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் பல திட்டங்கள் மக்களை நேரடியாகச் சென்றடைவதற்காக டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. இதில் முக்கியமான ஒரு நடவடிக்கைதான் ரேஷன் கடைகளில் டிஜிட்டல் பணப்பரிவர்த்தனை வசதியை அறிமுகப்படுத்துவது. 

'மொபைல் முத்தம்மா' என்ற பெயரில் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ள இத்திட்டம், வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்குச் சிரமமில்லாத பரிவர்த்தனைகளை உறுதி செய்கிறது.

புதிய திட்டத்தின் நோக்கம்

MOBILE MUTHAMMA THITTAM / மொபைல் முத்தம்மா திட்டம்: இதுவரை கிராமப்புறங்களில் உள்ள ரேஷன் கடைகளில் டிஜிட்டல் பரிவர்த்தனைகள் இல்லாததால், மக்கள் பணமாகவே பொருட்களைச் செலுத்தி வந்தனர். 

இதன் காரணமாகப் பல்வேறு சிரமங்களை எதிர்கொண்டனர். இந்தச் சிக்கல்களுக்குத் தீர்வு காணும் வகையில், அரசு அனைத்து ரேஷன் கடைகளையும் டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்க முடிவு செய்துள்ளது.

'மொபைல் முத்தம்மா' திட்டத்தின் கீழ், மக்கள் இனிமேல் கையில் ரொக்கப் பணம் இல்லாமல், தங்கள் மொபைல் மூலம் க்யூஆர் கோடு (QR Code) ஸ்கேன் செய்து பொருட்களை வாங்க முடியும். இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் மூலம், பணப் பரிவர்த்தனைகள் அனைத்தும் நேரடியாக அரசுக்குச் சென்று சேரும். 

இதனால், பணம் செலுத்துவதோடு, வாடிக்கையாளர்களும், கடைகளில் பணம் கையாள்வோரும் நம்பிக்கையுடன் செயல்பட முடியும். மேலும், இதன் மூலம் பல முறைகேடுகளும் தடுக்கப்படும் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

திட்டத்தின் செயலாக்கம்

MOBILE MUTHAMMA THITTAM / மொபைல் முத்தம்மா திட்டம்: முதற்கட்டமாக, சென்னை மற்றும் பிற ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திலும் தலா 10 நியாய விலைக் கடைகளில் இத்திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்பட உள்ளதாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. படிபடிப்பாக மாநிலம் முழுவதும் இந்த திட்டம் விரிவுப்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. 

அதன்படி, மொபைல் முத்தம்மா திட்டத்தின் கீழ் இந்த ரேஷன் கடைகளில் பேடிஎம் (Paytm), யுபிஐ (UPI) போன்ற டிஜிட்டல் பரிவர்த்தனை வசதிகள் படிப்படியாகக் கொண்டு வரப்படும்.

ஒவ்வொரு கடைக்கும் தனிப்பட்ட க்யூஆர் கோடு வழங்கப்படும்.

வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் தங்கள் மொபைல் மூலம் இந்தக் க்யூஆர் கோடை ஸ்கேன் செய்து பணம் செலுத்தலாம்.

டிஜிட்டல் பரிவர்த்தனைகள் குறித்து வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்குத் தேவையான விழிப்புணர்வும் பயிற்சியும் அளிக்கப்படும்.

மத்திய கூட்டுறவு வங்கியின் உதவியுடன், யுபிஐ சேவைகள் மூலம் பணப் பரிவர்த்தனைகள் செய்ய முடியும் என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. சென்னை மாநகரத்தில் மட்டும் 1500 ரேஷன் கடைகளில் இத்திட்டம் கொண்டு வரப்பட உள்ளது. இதன் மூலம், எதிர்காலத்தில் ரொக்கப் பணம் தேவையில்லாமல், அனைவரும் எளிதாக ரேஷன் பொருட்களை வாங்க முடியும்.

MOBILE MUTHAMMA THITTAM: Many schemes of the Tamil Nadu government are being digitized to reach the people directly. One of the important steps in this is the introduction of digital money transfer facility in ration shops. This scheme, launched under the name 'Mobile Muthamma', ensures hassle-free transactions for the customers.

Purpose of the new scheme

MOBILE MUTHAMMA THITTAM: Until now, due to the lack of digital transactions in ration shops in rural areas, people used to pay for goods in cash. Due to this, they faced various difficulties. In order to solve these problems, the government has decided to digitize all ration shops.

Under the 'Mobile Muthamma' scheme, people will now be able to buy goods by scanning the QR code with their mobile without having cash in hand. Through this scheme, all money transactions will go directly to the government. 

Thus, along with making payments, customers and cash handlers in shops can operate with confidence. It is also noteworthy that many irregularities will be prevented through this.

Implementation of the scheme

MOBILE MUTHAMMA THITTAM: In the first phase, it was announced that this scheme will be implemented in 10 fair price shops each in Chennai and other districts. This scheme is being expanded across the state in a phased manner. 

Accordingly, digital transaction facilities like Paytm and UPI will be gradually introduced in these ration shops under the Mobile Muthamma scheme.

Each shop will be provided with a unique QR code.

Customers can make payments by scanning this QR code with their mobile.

Customers will be provided with the necessary awareness and training regarding digital transactions.

It has been informed that with the help of the Central Cooperative Bank, money transactions can be made through UPI services. This scheme is to be introduced in 1500 ration shops in Chennai city alone. Through this, in the future, everyone will be able to easily buy ration items without the need for cash.
