சாமானிய மக்களும் எளிதாக நீதியைப் பெறும் வகையில் , இந்த நியாய சேது சாட்பாட் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த சேவை மூலம் உங்களுக்கு தேவையான சட்ட ஆலோசனைகளை அரசாங்கமே உங்களுக்கு இலவசமாக வழங்கும்.

இந்திய அரசு மற்றும் NALSA இணைந்து நலிவடைந்த பிரிவினருக்காக இலவச சட்ட ஆலோசகர் சேவைகளை வழங்கி வருகின்றன.

மேலும் இது இந்திய அரசின் சட்டம் மற்றும் நீதி அமைச்சகத்தால், (Ministry of law & justice) ஜனவரி 1, 2026 அன்று தொடங்கப்பட்ட ஒரு இலவச சட்ட ஆலோசகர் (Free legal advisor service) சேவையாகும்.

சட்ட ஆலோசனைகளை அனைவருக்கும், எளிதாகவும் இலவசமாகவும் கிடைக்கச் செய்வதே இதன் முதன்மை நோக்கமாகும். இது சிவில், கிரிமினல் மற்றும் குடும்ப சட்டங்கள் தொடர்பான இலவச சட்ட ஆலோசனைகளை, சாமானிய மக்களுக்கு உடனுக்குடன் வழங்குகிறது.

அதாவது சொத்து தகராறுகள், விவாகரத்து வழக்குகள், சிவில் மற்றும் கிரிமினல் பிரச்சனைகள் உட்பட பல்வேறு சட்ட சிக்கல்களுக்குத் தீர்வு வழங்குகிறது.

NYAYA SETU SERVICE: The Central Government has launched the 'Nyaya Setu' service to provide free legal aid via WhatsApp to middle-class and common people.

This Nyaya Setu chatbot has been created to ensure that ordinary people can easily access justice. Through this service, the government itself will provide you with the necessary legal advice free of charge.

The Government of India and NALSA jointly provide free legal advisor services for vulnerable sections of society. Furthermore, this is a free legal advisor service launched by the Ministry of Law & Justice of the Government of India on January 1, 2026.

Its primary objective is to make legal advice easily and freely available to everyone. It provides free legal advice on civil, criminal, and family laws to ordinary people instantly. 

That is, it provides solutions to various legal issues, including property disputes, divorce cases, and civil and criminal problems.

This service helps in understanding legal intricacies and connecting with lawyers for initial consultations. You can learn how to use this free legal aid service of the Central Government.

Save the number 7217711814 on your phone's WhatsApp and send a 'Hello' or 'Hi' message to that number. Upon sending 'Hi' on WhatsApp, it will appear under the name 'Tele-Law'. 

After mobile number verification, the Nyaya Setu chatbot, which uses AI technology, will act as a guide and accurately provide the necessary legal information to the people. By typing your problems, you can immediately start receiving legal advice for your questions.
