THERVUKALAM APP / தேர்வுக்களம் செயலி: தமிழ்நாடு அரசு, அரசுப் பணிக்கு தயாராகும் தேர்வர்களின் சிரமங்களை கருத்தில் கொண்டு பல சீர்த்திருத்தங்களை செய்து வருகிறது.

அந்தவகையில், டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி, டெட் உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்து தேர்வுகள் தொடர்பான அனைத்து அப்டேட்டுகளையும் ஒரே செயலியில் பெறும் வகையில் 'தேர்வுக்களம்' என்ற புதிய செயலியை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது.

சென்னையில் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை நடைபெற்ற அரசு விழாவில் முதலமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் இந்த செயலியை தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.

டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி, டெட் உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்து தேர்வுகளுக்கும் விண்ணப்பித்தல் முதல் ஹால்டிக்கெட் டவுன்லோடு வரை தேர்வுக்களம் என்ற ஒரே செயலி மூலம் செய்து கொள்ள முடியும்.

தேர்வுக்களம் மொபைல் செயலி சிறப்பம்சங்கள்

THERVUKALAM APP / தேர்வுக்களம் செயலி: தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் (TNPSC), தமிழ்நாடு சீருடைப் பணியாளர் தேர்வு வாரியம் (USRB), ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் (TRB) மற்றும் தமிழ்நாடு மருத்துவப் பணியாளர் தேர்வு வாரியம் (MSRB) போன்ற தேர்வு முகமைகள் மூலம் செய்யப்படும் "பணியாளர்கள் தேர்வுகள்" நடத்தப்படுகின்றன.

இந்த தேர்வுகள் தொடர்பான செயல்முறைகளை எளிமைப்படுத்தும் பொருட்டு தமிழ்நாடு அரசால் "தேர்வுக்களம்" எனும் ஒருங்கிணைந்த கைபேசி செயலி தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இச்செயலிமூலம் அனைத்து காலிப் பணியிடங்கள் குறித்த அறிவிப்புகள், ஆன்லைன் வழியே விண்ணப்பித்தல், நுழைவுச்சீட்டு பதிவிறக்கம், தேர்வு முடிவுகள், செய்தி வெளியீடுகள் குறித்து தெரிந்து கொள்ளலாம்.

Play Store அல்லது App Store மூலம் தேர்வுக்களம் செயலியை பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து, பதிவு செய்து, உள்நுழைய வசதி ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டுது. இதனை பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளுமாறு அரசு கேட்டுக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

THERVUKALAM APP / தேர்வுக்களம் செயலி: அரசு அலுவலர்கள் இணையவழியில் தங்களுடைய திறன்களை வளர்த்துக்கொள்ளும் வகையில், முன்னணி கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் வாயிலாக அவர்களுடைய விருப்பத்தின் பெயரில் கட்டணமின்றிப் பயின்றிட, தமிழ்நாடு திறன் மேம்பாட்டுக் கழகம் மூலமாக சான்றிதழ் பெறக்கூடிய செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவு (Artificial Inteligence), தரவு பகுப்பாய்வு (Data Analysis), திட்ட மேலாண்மை (Project Management), தொடர்பாடல் (Communication Skill), திறன்கள் உள்ளிட்ட திறன் மேம்பாட்டுப் பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கும் "திறன் 360°" வலைவாசலை (Web Portal) தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.

அரசு அலுவலர்கள் தங்களின் அறிவையும் திறன்களையும் காலத்திற்கேற்ப தொடர்ந்து மேம்படுத்திக்கொள்ளவும், அரசின் நிர்வாகம் நவீனமாகவும், மக்கள் மையமாகவும், திறமையானதாகவும் வளர்ச்சி பெற வேண்டும் என்ற தொலைநோக்குச் சிந்தனையின் அடையாளமாக இத்திட்டம் அறிமுகம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இதன்மூலம் அரசு அலுவலர்கள், தங்களின் திறனை வளர்த்துக் கொண்டு அதன் மூலம் சிறப்பாகவும், சீறிய முறையிலும் அரசின் நிர்வாகத்தில் வளர்ச்சியைக் கொண்டு வருவதும் உறுதி செய்யப்படுகிறது.

கூடுதல் சேவைகளுடன் "எளிமை ஆளுமை" (SimpleGov) திட்டம்

THERVUKALAM APP / தேர்வுக்களம் செயலி: அரசின் திட்டங்கள் மற்றும் வசதிகள் தங்கு தடையின்றி நடைமுறைச் சிக்கல்களைக் குறைத்து, டிஜிட்டல் தளங்களைப் பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலம், நிர்வாகத்தை மேலும் அணுகக்கூடியதாகவும், திறமையானதாகவும், வெளிப்படையானதாகவும், குடிமக்களை மையப்படுத்தியதாகவும் மாற்றுவதற்காக கொண்டு கடந்த நவம்பர் 2023-இல் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு கொண்டு வந்த திட்டம் தான் "எளிமை ஆளுமை" (SimpleGov) என்னும் திட்டம்.

அதன்படி, இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் இதுநாள் வரை அரசின் முக்கிய சேவைகள் நெறிப்படுத்தப்பட்டு, எளிமைப்படுத்தப்பட்டு, 29.5.2025ல் முதலமைச்சர் தொடங்கி வைத்த நிலையில், இப்போது இதில் கூடுதலாக 50 சேவைகள் சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

இந்த விரிவாக்கத்தையும் முதலமைச்சர் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.

THERVUKALAM APP: The Tamil Nadu government is making several reforms considering the difficulties of candidates preparing for government jobs.

In this regard, it has launched a new app called 'Examination Field' to get all the updates related to all exams including TNPSC and TET in a single app. Chief Minister M.K. Stalin launched this app at a government function held in Chennai on Friday.

From applying for all exams including TNPSC and TET to downloading the hall ticket, you can do it through a single app called Examination Field.

Examination Field Mobile App Highlights

THERVUKALAM APP: "Staff Examinations" conducted by examination agencies like Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC), Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board (USRB), Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) and Tamil Nadu Medical Services Recruitment Board (MSRB).

In order to simplify the processes related to these exams, the Tamil Nadu government has launched an integrated mobile application called "Exam Portal".

Through this application, one can get information about all the vacancies, online application, download of admit cards, exam results, and news releases.

Also, one can get information about the syllabus for the exam, question papers with answers of previous competitive exams, free coaching classes for competitive exams conducted by the Department of Labour Welfare and Skill Development.

Through this application, one can get information about videos of coaching classes for competitive exams conducted by Anna Management Training Institute and announcements given in newspapers including employment news.

This application has been designed in such a way that admit cards, exam results, and important information are immediately notified directly to the mobile phones of the aspirants at the right time.

Thus, candidates can prepare for the exam better and more efficiently on time without missing any information.

How to download the Tervukkolam mobile app?

THERVUKALAM APP: Those studying for government exams can download the "Tervukkolam" app, which provides all services regarding Tamil Nadu government exams in one app on one platform.

The facility to download the Tervukkolam app through Play Store or App Store, register and log in has been made available. The government has requested you to take advantage of this.

Skill 360° - New Web Portal

THERVUKALAM APP:  The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu launched the "Skill 360°" web portal, which provides skill development training including Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis, Project Management, Communication Skill, Skills, etc., which can be certified through the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation, so that government officials can develop their skills online and study free of cost through leading educational institutions of their choice.

This scheme has been introduced as a symbol of the visionary thinking that government officials should continuously improve their knowledge and skills with time and that government administration should develop in a modern, people-centric and efficient manner.

Through this, it is ensured that government officials develop their capabilities and thereby bring about development in government administration in a better and faster manner.

"SimpleGov" scheme with additional services

THERVUKALAM APP: The "SimpleGov" scheme was launched by the Tamil Nadu government in November 2023 to make the administration more accessible, efficient, transparent and citizen-centric by reducing the practical problems of government schemes and facilities without any hindrance and by using digital platforms.

Accordingly, under this scheme, the main services of the government have been streamlined and simplified till date and launched by the Chief Minister on 29.5.2025, now 50 additional services have been added to it. The Chief Minister also launched this expansion on Friday.
