JANANI PLATFORM / ஜனனி தளம்: மத்திய சுகாதாரம் மற்றும் குடும்ப நல அமைச்சகம் 'ஜனனி' என்ற டிஜிட்டல் தாய்-குழந்தை நல சுகாதாரத் தளத்தை நேற்று தொடங்கியது.

இந்தியாவின் சுகாதார எதிர்காலத்தை வடிவமைக்கும் சிறந்த நடைமுறைகளை வழங்குவதற்கான தேசிய உச்சி மாநாட்டில் ஜனனி என்ற தளம் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டது.

இது தற்போதுள்ள குழந்தை பிறப்பு மற்றும் குழந்தை ஆரோக்கிய (ஆர்சிஹெச்) இணைய தளத்தின் மேம்படுத்தப்பட்ட பதிப்பாக உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இந்த தளம் தாய் மற்றும் குழந்தை ஆரோக்கியத்தின் சிறந்த ஒருங்கிணைப்பு மற்றும் தரவு அடிப்படையிலான முடிவெடுத்தலை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

பெண்களின் குழந்தை பிறப்பு காலத்தில் அவர்களின் பிரசவத்துக்கு முந்தைய பராமரிப்பு, பிரசவம், பிரசவத்துக்குப் பிந்தைய பராமரிப்பு, குழந்தை பராமரிப்பு மற்றும் குடும்பக் கட்டுப்பாடு உள்ளிட்ட முக்கிய சுகாதார சேவைகளைக் கண்காணிப்பதன் மூலம் நீண்ட கால டிஜிட்டல் சுகாதாரப் பதிவுகளைப் பராமரிக்க இது வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

JANANI PLATFORM / ஜனனி தளம்: QR-குறியீடு கொண்ட டிஜிட்டல் தாய்-சேய் நல (எம்சிஹெச்) அட்டைகள் ஆகும். இவை சுகாதாரப் பதிவுகளை எளிதாக அணுகவும், எங்கு வேண்டுமானாலும் பயன்படுத்தவும் வழிவகுக்கிறது.

அதிக ஆபத்துள்ள கர்ப்பங்களைக் கண்டறிந்து தானியங்கி எச்சரிக்கைகளை வழங்குதல், வரவிருக்கும் மருத்துவப் பரிசோதனைகளின் பட்டியலை உருவாக்குதல் மற்றும் நிகழ் நேர கண்காணிப்பு டாஷ்போர்டுகள் ஆகியவையும் இதில் அடங்கும்.

இந்தத் தளத்தில் இதுவரை 1.34 கோடி பயனாளிகள் பதிவு செய்துள்ளனர். 30 லட்சத்துக்கும் அதிகமான கர்ப்பிணிப் பெண்கள் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

30 லட்சத்துக்கும் அதிகமான தாய்- சேய் நல அட்டைகள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. 1 லட்சத்துக்கும் அதிகமான பயோமெட்ரிக் சரிபார்ப்புகள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன.

JANANI PLATFORM: The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare launched 'Janani,' a digital maternal and child health platform, yesterday. The platform was introduced during a national summit focused on best practices to shape the future of healthcare in India.

It has been developed as an upgraded version of the existing Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) web portal. The platform aims to ensure better coordination of maternal and child health services and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

It is designed to maintain long-term digital health records by tracking key healthcare services throughout the maternity period—including antenatal care, delivery, postnatal care, child care, and family planning.

Key features of the Janani initiative

JANANI PLATFORM: A standout feature is the use of QR-coded digital Maternal and Child Health (MCH) cards, which enable easy access to and use of health records from any location.

The platform also includes capabilities such as identifying high-risk pregnancies and issuing automated alerts, generating schedules for upcoming medical check-ups, and providing real-time monitoring dashboards.

To date, 1.34 crore beneficiaries have registered on the platform. This includes the registration of over 30 lakh pregnant women and the generation of more than 30 lakh MCH cards. Additionally, over 1 lakh biometric verifications have been completed.
