- டாக்டர் தர்மாம்பாள் அம்மையார் நினைவு விதவை மறுமண நிதியுதவித் திட்டம், என்பது தமிழ்நாட்டின் கைப்பெண்களின் மறுமணத்தை ஊக்குவிக்கும் திருமண உதவித் திட்டமாகும்.
- இத்திட்டத்திற்கு டாக்டர் தர்மாம்பாள் நினைவாக, பெயரிடப்பட்டு தமிழக அரசால் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்டுவருகிறது.
- இத்திட்டத்தில் கணவனை இழந்த பெண்ணிற்கு நடக்கும் திருமணத்துக்கு உதவி தொகை வழங்கப்படும். பெண்ணின் வயது 20 ஆக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
- மணமகனுக்கு இது முதல் திருமணமாகவும், அவருக்கு வயது 40க்கு மிகாமல் இருக்கவேண்டும் குடும்ப ஆண்டு வருமான வரம்பு இல்லை.
- உதவித்தொகைக்கான விண்ணப்பத்துடன் கைம்பெண் சான்று, மறுமணம் செய்ததற்கான திருமண அழைப்பிதழ், மணமகன், மனமகள் ஆகிய இருவரின் வயதுச் சான்றுகள், பள்ளி அல்லது கல்லூரி அல்லது பாலிடெக்னிக் மாற்றுச் சான்றிதழ் மற்றும் மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல் நகல் ஆகியவைகளை இணைத்து, திருமணம் முடிந்த நாளிலிருந்து ஆறு மாதங்களுக்குள் திருமண உதவித்தொகைக்கான விண்ணப்பத்தை மாவட்ட சமூகநல அலுவலர், அலுவலகத்திற்கு அனுப்பவேண்டும்.
திட்டம் 1
- கல்வித் தகுதி ஏதுமில்லை. இவர்களுக்கு 25,000 ரூபாய் வழங்கப்படும்.
- இதில் மின்னணு பரிமாற்ற சேவை மூலமாக ரூபாய் 15,000 தொகையும், ரூபாய் 10,000 தேசிய சேமிப்புப் பத்திரமாகவும், தாலிக்கு 8 கிராம் தங்க நாணயம் வழகப்படும்.
- பட்டதாரிகள் எனில் கல்லூரியிலோ அல்லது தொலை தூரக்கல்வி மூலமோ அல்லது அரசால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட திறந்தவெளி பல்கலைக் கழகங்களிலோ படித்து தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.
- பட்டயப் படிப்பு (Diploma Holders) எனில் தமிழக அரசின் தொழில்நுட்ப கல்வி இயக்குனரகத்தால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட கல்வி நிறுவனங்களில் படித்து தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
- இவர்களுக்கு ரூபாய் 50,000 வழங்கப்படும். இதில் மின்னணு பரிமாற்ற சேவை மூலமாக ரூபாய் 30,000 தொகையும், 20.000 தேசிய சேமிப்புப் பத்திரமாக வழங்கப்படும். மற்றும் 8 கிராம் தங்க நாணயம் வழங்கப்படும்.
- Dr Dharmambal Ammaiyar Memorial Widow Remarriage Funding Scheme is a marriage assistance scheme to promote remarriage of maids in Tamil Nadu. This scheme is named after Dr. Dharmampal and is being implemented by Tamil Nadu Government.
- In this scheme, marriage assistance will be given to widowed women. Female age should be 20 years. This is the first marriage of the groom and his age should not be more than 40. There is no family annual income limit.
- Application for marriage allowance should be sent to the office of the District Social Welfare Officer within six months from the date of marriage, along with handmaid's certificate, marriage invitation for remarriage, age certificates of both groom and daughter-in-law, school or college or polytechnic transfer certificate and copy of mark sheet.
- Scheme 1: No educational qualification. 25,000 will be given to them. In this, an amount of Rs 15,000, Rs 10,000 National Savings Bond and 8 gram gold coin will be given to Thali through electronic transfer service.
- Scheme 2: Graduates should have completed their studies in college or through distance education or open universities recognized by the government. In case of diploma holders, they should have studied and passed in the educational institutes recognized by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu. They will be given Rs 50,000. 30,000 through electronic transfer service and 20,000 as National Savings Bond. And 8 gram gold coin will be given.
