- கொரோனா பேரிடர் காரணமாகப் பள்ளி மாணவர்களிடம் கற்றல் இடைவெளி ஏற்பட்டது. பேரிடருக்குப் பிறகு பள்ளிகள் மீண்டும் தொடங்கப்பட்ட நிலையில், பள்ளிகளில் பயிலும் மாணவர்களின் கற்றல் இடைவெளியைக் குறைக்க இந்த திட்டம் கொண்டுவரப்பட்டது.
- இந்த திட்டத்தின் மூலம், மாணவர்களின் இல்லம் இருக்கும் பகுதிகளுக்கே சென்று அவர்களுக்கு வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படும்.
- பள்ளி முடிந்த பிறகு மாலை 5 மணி முதல் ஏழு மணிவரை மாணவர்களுக்கு நாள் ஒன்றுக்கு ஒன்றரை மணி நேரத்துக்கு மிகாமல் வகுப்பு நடத்தப்படும்.
- 20 மாணவர்களுக்கு ஒரு தன்னார்வலர் என்ற விகிதத்தில், 1.7 லட்சம் தன்னார்வலர்கள் மற்றும் தொண்டு நிறுவனங்களைக் கொண்டு இந்த திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படுகின்றது.
- மேலும், அரசுப் பள்ளி மாணவர்கள் மட்டுமின்றி தனியார்ப் பள்ளி மாணவர்களும் இந்த திட்டத்தில் சேர்ந்து பயனடையலாம் என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது. மேலும், தன்னார்வலர்களுக்கு மாதம் 1,000 ரூபாய் சம்பளம் வழங்கப்படுகின்றது.
- Due to the corona disaster, there was a learning gap for school students. As schools reopened after the disaster, the program was brought in to bridge the learning gap among school-going students.
- Through this program, classes will be conducted in the areas where the students live. Classes will be conducted for students after school from 5 pm to 7 pm for not more than one and a half hours per day.
- With a ratio of one volunteer to 20 students, the program is implemented with 1.7 lakh volunteers and charities.
- Also, it has been said that not only government school students but also private school students can join and benefit from this scheme. Also, the volunteers are given a salary of Rs 1,000 per month.
