• நிலக்கரி அமைச்சகம் சுரங்கத் துறை அமைச்சகம் ஆகியவை  இணைந்து வணிக ரீதியில் நிலக்கரிச் சுரங்க ஏலம் விடுதல், சுரங்கத் துறையில் வாய்ப்புகள் குறித்த முதலீட்டாளர்களின் மாநாட்டுக்கு பெங்களூருவில் ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்தது. 
• மத்திய நிலக்கரி, சுரங்கங்கள் மற்றும் நாடாளுமன்ற விவகாரங்கள் துறை அமைச்சர் திரு பிரல்ஹாத் ஜோஷி மாநாட்டுக்கு தலைமை வகித்தார். 
• கர்நாடக முதலமைச்சர் திரு பசவராஜ் சோமப்பா பொம்மை சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக கலந்து கொண்ட இந்த மாநாட்டில் , கர்நாடக சுரங்கம் மற்றும் புவியியல் துறை அமைச்சர் திரு ஹாலப்பா பசப்பா ஆச்சார் பங்கேற்றார். 
• இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில், நிலக்கரித் துறையின் உயர் அதிகாரிகள், மாநில அரசு அதிகாரிகள், பல நிறுவனங்களின் பிரதிநிதிகள், முதலீட்டாளர்கள், தொழில் சங்கங்களின் பிரதிநிதிகள் ஆகியோர் மாநாட்டில் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

• The Ministry of Coal along with the Ministry of Mines organized an Investors' Conference in Bengaluru on Commercial Coal Mining Auctions and Opportunities in the Mining Sector.
• Union Minister of Coal, Mines and Parliamentary Affairs Mr. Pralhad Joshi presided over the conference.
• Karnataka Chief Minister Mr. Basavaraj Chomappa Tommy was the special guest in this conference, Karnataka Minister of Mines and Geology Mr. Halappa Basappa Achar participated in this conference.
• On this occasion, high officials of coal sector, state government officials, representatives of many companies, investors, representatives of industry associations participated in the conference.
