• இந்திய அரசின் வேளாண்மை மற்றும் விவசாயிகள் நல அமைச்சகம் ‘மேரி பாலிசி மேரே ஹாத்’ தொடங்கும்.
• ‘மேரி பாலிசி மேரே ஹாத்’ என்பது, வரவிருக்கும் காரீஃப் பருவத்தில் விவசாயிகளுக்கு பயிர்க் காப்பீட்டை வழங்கும் வீட்டு வாசலில் விநியோகிக்கும் இயக்கமாகும்.
• பல்வேறு கொள்கைகள், நிலப்பதிவுகள், உரிமைகோரல் செயல்முறைகள் மற்றும் குறைகளை நிவர்த்தி செய்தல் பற்றிய தகவல்களை விவசாயி சமூகம் நன்கு அறிந்திருப்பதையும் முழுமையாகப் பெற்றிருப்பதையும் இயக்கி உறுதி செய்யும்.
• நிதியின் ஆதரவு பிரதான் மந்திரி ஃபசல் பீமா யோஜனா (PMFBY) கீழ் வழங்கப்படும்.
• பயிர் இழப்பு அல்லது இயற்கை பேரிடர்களால் ஏற்படும் சேதத்தால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட விவசாயிகளுக்கு நிதியுதவி வழங்கப்படும்.

நிலையான பகுதி

• பிரதான் மந்திரி ஃபசல் பீமா யோஜனா (PMFBY) சமீபத்தில் 18 பிப்ரவரி 2022 அன்று செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு 6 ஆண்டுகள் நிறைவடைந்துள்ளது. இது 8 பிப்ரவரி 2016 அன்று மத்தியப் பிரதேசத்தின் செஹோரில் பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடியால் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.

• .The Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare of the Government of India will be launching ‘Meri Policy Mere Hath’.
• The ‘Meri Policy Mere Hath’ is a doorstep distribution drive that will grant crop insurance to the farmers for the upcoming Kharif season.
• The drive will make sure that the farmer community is well aware and fully equipped with information about various policies, land records, claim processes, and grievances redressal.
• The fund's support will be granted under Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY).
• Financial support to the farmers suffering from crop loss or damage arising out of natural calamities will be given.
