உலக பொருளாதார சூழ்நிலை குறித்த சர்வதேச நாணய நிதியம் அறிக்கை / REPORT ON WORLD ECONOMY 2023 BY IMF

  • உலக பொருளாதார சூழ்நிலை குறித்த ஆய்வு அறிக்கையை சர்வதேச நாணய நிதியம் நேற்று வெளியிட்டது. இதன்படி இந்தியாவின் பணவீக்கம் படிப்படியாக குறையும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுவதாக குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளது. 
  • மார்ச் 31ம் தேதி வரையிலான நடப்பு நிதியாண்டில் 6.8 சதவீதமாக இருக்கும் இந்தியாவின் பணவீக்க விகிதமானது, அடுத்து வரும் நிதியாண்டில் 5 சதவீதமாக குறையும். 
  • மேலும் 2024ம் ஆண்டில் இது 4 சதவீதமாக குறைவதற்கும் வாய்ப்புள்ளது. இது மத்திய வங்கியின் நடவடிக்கைகளை பிரதிபலிக்கிறது
  • சுமார் 84 சதவீத நாடுகளில் கடந்த 2022ம் ஆண்டை காட்டிலும் 2023ம் ஆண்டில் பணவீக்க விகிதம் குறைவாக இருக்கும். 2022ம் நிதியாண்டில் 8.8சதவீதமாக இருந்த உலகளாவிய பணவீக்கம் 2023ம் ஆண்டில் 6.6 சதவீதமாகவும், 2024ல் 4.3 சதவீதமாகவும் இருக்கக்கூடும். 
  • இந்தியாவின் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சியானது சரிவடையக்கூடும் என்றும் சர்வதேச நாணய நிதியம் கணித்துள்ளது. மார்ச் 31ம் தேதி வரையிலான நடப்பு நிதியாண்டில் 6.8சதவீதமாக இருக்கும் இந்தியாவின் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சியானது அடுத்து வரும் நிதியாண்டில் 6.1 சதவீதமாக குறையலாம். 
  • இதேபோல் சர்வதேச பொருளாதாரமானது தற்போது இருக்கும் 3.4 சதவீதத்தில் இருந்து 2.9 சதவீதமாக குறையக்கூடும். 2024ம் ஆண்டில் இது 3.1சதவீதமாக உயர வாய்ப்புள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

  • The International Monetary Fund released a report on the global economic situation yesterday. According to this, India's inflation is expected to decrease gradually.
  • In this regard, International Monetary Fund Research Department Head Daniel Lee said, "India's inflation rate of 6.8 percent in the current financial year to March 31 will drop to 5 percent in the next financial year. And it is likely to decrease to 4 percent in 2024. It reflects the central bank's actions," he said.
  • About 84 percent of countries will have lower inflation rates in 2023 than in 2022. Global inflation is likely to be 6.6 percent in 2023 and 4.3 percent in 2024, up from 8.8 percent in fiscal 2022. It was also mentioned in the report of the International Monetary Fund that it was 3.5 percent in the period before the corona epidemic in 2017-2019.
  • The International Monetary Fund has also predicted that India's economic growth may slow down. India's economic growth is likely to slow to 6.1 percent in the next financial year from 6.8 percent in the current fiscal year to March 31. 
  • Similarly, the global economy may decline to 2.9 percent from the current 3.4 percent. It is reported that it is likely to increase to 3.1 percent in 2024.
