• தேர்தல் பிரசாரத்தின் போது, `உங்கள் தொகுதியில் ஸ்டாலின்' என்ற திட்டத்தைக் கொண்டுவந்த ஸ்டாலின், மக்களின் தீர்க்கப்படாத பிரச்னை எதுவாக இருந்தாலும், அதுகுறித்து மனு அளித்தால் முதலமைச்சராகப் பொறுப்பேற்ற 100 நாள்களில் அந்த பிரச்னைக்குத் தீர்வு காணப்படும்' என்று வாக்குறுதி கொடுத்திருந்தார். 
• அந்த வாக்குறுதியை நிறைவேற்றும் வகையிலும், முதல்வர் பொறுப்புக்கு வந்ததுமே `உங்கள் தொகுதியில் முதலமைச்சர்' என்ற புதிய துறை உருவாக்கப்பட்டது. அந்த துறையின் சிறப்பு அதிகாரியாக ஷில்பா பிரபாகர் சதீஷ் நியமிக்கப்பட்டார். 
• `முதலமைச்சரின் தனிப்பிரிவு’, `முதலமைச்சரின் உதவி மையம்’, `ஒருங்கிணைக்கப்பட்ட குறைதீர்ப்பு மேலாண்மை அமைப்பு’, `உங்கள் தொகுதியில் முதலமைச்சர்’ ஆகிய துறைகள் அனைத்தும் `முதல்வரின் முகவரி’ என்ற புதிய துறையாக மாற்றப்பட்டது.

• During the election campaign, Stalin, who came up with the scheme ``Stalin in your constituency'', had promised that whatever is the unsolved problem of the people, if they file a petition about it, that problem will be solved within 100 days of taking charge as the Chief Minister. 
• To fulfill that promise, a new department called ``Chief Minister in Your Constituency'' was created when the Chief Minister took charge. 
• Shilpa Prabhakar Satish was appointed as the Special Officer of the department. The fields ``Chief Minister's Separate Unit'', ``Chief Minister's Help Desk'', ``Integrated Grievance Management System'', and ``Chief Minister in Your Constituency'' have all been converted into a new field called ''.
