• சப்கி யோஜனா சப்கா விகாஸ் திட்டம் / SABKI YOJANA SABKA VIKAS SCHEME: கிராமப் பஞ்சாயத்து வளர்ச்சித் திட்டம் (GPDP) என்பது ஒரு அரசுத் திட்டமாகும். உள்ளூர் தேவைகளின் அடிப்படையில் நன்கு சிந்திக்கப்பட்ட கிராம பஞ்சாயத்து மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டம் சமூகங்களின் உள்ளடக்கிய முன்னேற்றத்திற்கு வழி வகுக்கும் என்று அது எதிர்பார்க்கிறது.
• இந்த முன்முயற்சியின் கீழ், கிராம பஞ்சாயத்துகள் அனைத்து வெளி மற்றும் உள் வளங்களை சரியான முறையில் நிர்வகிக்கும் அதே வேளையில் மக்களின் ஒப்புதலுடன் கிராம பஞ்சாயத்து மேம்பாட்டு திட்டத்தை (GPDP) உருவாக்க வேண்டும்.

• கிராம பஞ்சாயத்து வளர்ச்சித் திட்டத்தின் (GPDP) இலக்கு நோக்கங்கள் மற்றும் நன்மைகளை அடைய, அனைத்து பஞ்சாயத்து பிரதிநிதிகள், பஞ்சாயத்து பணியாளர்கள், சுயஉதவி குழுக்கள், பயனாளிகள் மற்றும் பொதுமக்களிடம் கூட துல்லியமான தகவல்கள் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
• எனவே, மொத்த உள்நாட்டு உற்பத்தியை சரியாக செயல்படுத்துவதற்காக, மத்திய அரசு சப்கி யோஜனா, சப்கா விகாஸ் பிரச்சாரத்தை அக்டோபர் 2, 2018 அன்று தொடங்கியது. நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள 250,000க்கும் மேற்பட்ட கிராம பஞ்சாயத்துகள் இந்த திட்டத்தில் சேர்க்கப்படும்.
• கிராம பஞ்சாயத்துகள் இப்போது சப்கி யோஜனா சப்கா விகாஸ் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் கிராம பஞ்சாயத்து வளர்ச்சி திட்டங்களை (GPDP) தயார் செய்ய வேண்டிய கட்டாயத்தில் உள்ளன.

• SABKI YOJANA SABKA VIKAS SCHEME: The Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP) is a ground-breaking government project. It anticipates that a well-thought-out Gram Panchayat Development Plan based on local requirements will pave the path for communities’ inclusive progress.
• Under this initiative, Gram Panchayats must develop a Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP) with the approval of the people while appropriately managing all external and internal resources.
• It is a significant step toward the establishment of a new India. The government’s goals were to connect India’s rural population to the mainstream by emphasizing on the concepts of ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas‘.
• To attain the targeted aims and advantages of the Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP), all Panchayat representatives, Panchayat-workers, Self-help groups, beneficiaries, and even the general public must have accurate information.
• So, in order to properly execute GDP, the Central Government started the Sabki Yojana, Sabka Vikas campaign on October 2, 2018. More than 250,000 Gram Panchayats across the country would be included in this scheme.
• Gram Panchayats are now compelled under the Sabki Yojana Sabka Vikas scheme to prepare Gram Panchayat Development Plans (GPDP) for their sustainable growth and development by making effective use of the resources available to them.
• By engaging their full convergence with schemes relating to Central Ministries and Line Departments, the GDP planned processes were thorough and participative.
• When the performance of the larger states is compared, the best scorers are Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh, in that order, while GPs in Jharkhand, Assam, Bihar, and Madhya Pradesh are at the bottom.
• A recent survey of 100 randomly selected GPs by the National Institute of Rural Development found that some GPs have improved while others have declined during the past year. As a result, a new survey is crucial.
