சிறந்த கைத்தறி நெசவாளர்களுக்கு விருது 2023 / BEST HANDLOOM WEAVERS AWARD 2023

• தமிழகத்தில் கைத்தறி நெசவாளர்களை ஊக்குவிக்கும் வகையில் `சிறந்த நெசவாளர் விருது' ஆண்டுதோறும் வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
• மேலும், ஜவுளித் தொழிலின் நுட்பங்கள், வடிவமைப்பு மற்றும் காலமாற்றத்துக்கேற்ற வண்ணங்களின் போக்கை கணித்தல் ஆகியவற்றில் பங்களிப்பு திறன் கொண்ட வடிவமைப்பாளர்களை கண்டறிந்து ஊக்குவிக்கும் வகையில் மாநில அளவிலான `சிறந்த இளம் வடிவமைப்பாளர் விருது' 2022-23-ம் ஆண்டில் அரசால் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• அதன்படி, 2022-23-ம் ஆண்டுக்கான சிறந்த பட்டு நெசவாளர் விருதுக்கான முதல் பரிசு- திருபுவனம் பட்டு கூட்டுறவு சங்க உறுப்பினர் வி. ராஜலெட்சுமிக்கும், 2-ம் பரிசு காஞ்சிபுரம் அறிஞர் அண்ணா பட்டு சங்க உறுப்பினர் எம். சுரேஷுக்கும், 3-ம் பரிசு ஆரணி பட்டு சங்க உறுப்பினர் எம். மணிக்கும், பருத்தி ரகத்தில் சிறந்த நெசவாளர் விருதுக்கான முதல் பரிசு, பரமக்குடி பசும்பொன் முத்துராமலிங்கதேவர் கைத்தறி நெசவாளர் சங்க உறுப்பினர் எம்.கே.சரவணன், 2-ம் பரிசு பரமக்குடி, கலைமகள் கைத்தறி நெசவாளர் சங்க உறுப்பினர் ஜி.எல்.நாகராஜனுக்கும், 3-ம் பரிசு சேலம், தோப்பூர் கைத்தறி நெசவாளர் கூட்டுறவு சங்க உறுப்பினர் க.இந்திராணிக்கும் என 6 விருதாளர்களுக்கு ரூ.20 லட்சத்துக்கான காசோலைகள், பாராட்டு சான்றிதழ்களை முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் வழங்கினார்.
• இளம் வடிவமைப்பாளர் விருதில் முதல் பரிசு கோயம்புத்தூரைச் சேர்ந்த ம.சண்முகப்பிரியாவுக்கும், 2-ம் பரிசு பிஎஸ்ஜி தொழில்நுட்ப கல்லூரியில் 2-ம் ஆண்டு வடிவமைப்பு தொழில்நுட்பம் படிக்கும் திருப்பூர், வி.சிபினுக்கும், 3-ம் பரிசு ஆரணியைச் சேர்ந்த ம.ஜ.கிரண்குமாருக்கும் பரிசுத்தொகையாக ரூ.2.25 லட்சத்தை முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் வழங்கினார்.
• நிகழ்ச்சியில், அமைச்சர் ஆர்.காந்தி, தலைமைச் செயலர் வெ.இறையன்பு, கைத்தறித் துறை செயலர் தர்மேந்திர பிரதாப் யாதவ், கைத்தறி ஆணையர் த.பொ.ராஜேஷ் உள்ளிட்டோர் பங்கேற்றனர்.

• Best Weaver Award is given annually to encourage handloom weavers in Tamil Nadu. Also, the state level Best Young Designer Award'' has been introduced by the government for the year 2022-23 to identify and encourage designers who have the potential to contribute to the textile industry's techniques, design and predicting the changing color trends.
• Accordingly, the first prize for the best silk weaver award for the year 2022-23- Thirupuvanam Silk Cooperative Society member V. Rajaletsumi, 2nd prize Kanchipuram scholar Anna Pattu Sangha member M. Suresh, 3rd prize Arani Pattu Sangha member M. Also, the first prize for the best weaver award in the cotton category went to MK Saravanan, member of Paramakkudi Pasumpon Muthuramalingadevar Handloom Weavers Association, 2nd prize to GL Nagarajan, member of Paramakkudi, Kalaimala Handloom Weavers Association, and 3rd prize to Salem, Dhoppur Handloom Weavers Cooperative. Chief Minister M.K.Stalin presented checks of Rs.20 lakhs and certificates of appreciation to 6 awardees including association member K.Indranikum.
• In the young designer award, the first prize went to M. Shanmugapriya from Coimbatore, the 2nd prize to V. Sipin, who is studying 2nd year design technology at PSG College of Technology, Tirupur, and the 3rd prize to M. J. Kirankumar from Arani, as a prize money of Rs 2.25 lakh. Presented by K. Stalin.
• Minister R. Gandhi, Chief Secretary V. Irayanbu, Handloom Secretary Dharmendra Pratap Yadav, Handloom Commissioner D. P. Rajesh and others participated in the program.
