பெண்களே, மரியாதைக்குரிய சக ஊழியர்களே, அன்பான மாணவர்களே,

இன்று, ஆசிரியர் தினத்தைக் கொண்டாட நாம் கூடும் போது, நமது இளம் மாணவர்களின் மனதையும் எதிர்காலத்தையும் வடிவமைப்பதில் கல்வியாளர்கள் ஏற்படுத்தும் ஆழமான தாக்கத்தைப் பற்றி சிந்திக்கிறோம். 

ஆசிரியர்கள் ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் தங்கள் வகுப்பறைகளுக்கு கொண்டு வரும் அசைக்க முடியாத அர்ப்பணிப்பு மற்றும் ஆர்வத்திற்கு எங்கள் நன்றியையும் பாராட்டையும் தெரிவிக்கும் நாள்.

அதை அக்கறையுடனும், ஞானத்துடனும், இரக்கத்துடனும் கையாள்வது நமது பொறுப்பு. எங்கள் வகுப்பறைகள் அறிவை வழங்குவதற்கான இடங்கள் மட்டுமல்ல, அவை கனவுகளை உருவாக்கும் இடங்களாகவும், ஆர்வத்தை வளர்க்கும் இடங்களாகவும், எதிர்காலம் கட்டமைக்கப்படும் இடங்களாகவும் உள்ளன.

ஆசிரியர்கள் வெறும் பயிற்றுனர்கள் மட்டுமல்ல; அவர்கள் வழிகாட்டிகள், வழிகாட்டிகள் மற்றும் முன்மாதிரிகள். வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும் நீடிக்கும் கற்றலுக்கான அன்பை ஊக்குவிக்கும் சக்தி எங்களிடம் உள்ளது. 

எங்கள் மாணவர்களை கேள்வி கேட்கவும், ஆராயவும், அவர்களின் தனித்துவமான திறமைகளையும் ஆர்வங்களையும் கண்டறியவும் ஊக்குவிக்கிறோம். 

சவால்களை சமாளிக்கவும், விமர்சன ரீதியாக சிந்திக்கவும், உலகின் பொறுப்புள்ள குடிமக்களாக மாறவும் அவர்களுக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கிறோம்.

இந்த ஆசிரியர் தினத்தில், கல்வியின் எப்போதும் உருவாகும் நிலப்பரப்பை ஒப்புக்கொள்வோம். டிஜிட்டல் யுகம் எங்கள் வகுப்பறைகளில் புதிய கருவிகள் மற்றும் வாய்ப்புகளை கொண்டு வந்துள்ளது, இது மாறும் மற்றும் ஈர்க்கக்கூடிய கற்றல் சூழல்களை உருவாக்க அனுமதிக்கிறது.
