VIJAY DIWAS 2023 - 16TH DECEMBER / விஜய் திவாஸ் 2023 - 16 டிசம்பர்: விஜய் திவாஸ் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் டிசம்பர் 16 அன்று கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. இந்த நாள் 1971 இல் பாகிஸ்தானுக்கு எதிரான தீர்க்கமான வெற்றியைக் குறிக்கிறது, இதன் விளைவாக வங்காளதேசம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டு கிழக்கு பாகிஸ்தானின் விடுதலைக்கு வழிவகுத்தது.

VIJAY DIWAS 2023 - 16TH DECEMBER / விஜய் திவாஸ் 2023 - 16 டிசம்பர்: 1971 இன் இந்திய-பாகிஸ்தான் போர் என்பது இந்தியாவிற்கும் பாகிஸ்தானுக்கும் இடையிலான இராணுவ மோதலாகும், இது கிழக்கு பாகிஸ்தானில் 3 டிசம்பர் 1971 முதல் 16 டிசம்பர் 1971 அன்று டாக்காவில் பாகிஸ்தான் சரணடையும் வரை நடந்தது. 

வங்காளதேச விடுதலைப் போர், பாகிஸ்தான் ஆபரேஷன் செங்கிஸ் கான் தொடங்கிய பின்னர் மோதல் வெடித்தது. 11 இந்திய விமான நிலையங்கள் மீது முன்னெச்சரிக்கை வான்வழி தாக்குதல் நடவடிக்கை பாக்கிஸ்தானுடனான விரோதத்தையும், கிழக்கு பாகிஸ்தானின் சுதந்திரத்திற்கான போரில் வங்காள தேசியவாத சக்திகளுக்கு இந்தியாவின் ஆதரவையும் தூண்டியது, கிழக்கு மற்றும் மேற்கு முனைகளில் போரிடும் இந்திய மற்றும் பாகிஸ்தான் படைகளுடன் ஏற்கனவே இருக்கும் மோதலை அதிகரித்தது.

VIJAY DIWAS 2023 - 16TH DECEMBER: Vijay Diwas is celebrated every year on December 16. The day marks the decisive victory over Pakistan in 1971 which resulted in the creation of Bangladesh and in the liberation of East Pakistan.

India annually observes Vijay Diwas on December 16. The historic military triumph over Pakistan in the 1971 War is commemorated on this day. It honors our brave soldiers who gave their lives in the service of the country.

History

VIJAY DIWAS 2023 - 16TH DECEMBER: The Indo-Pakistani War of 1971 was a military conflict between India and Pakistan that took place in East Pakistan from 3 December 1971 until Pakistan's surrender in Dhaka on 16 December 1971. 

Bangladesh Liberation War, the conflict erupted after Pakistan launched Operation Chengiz Khan, a preemptive aerial attack on 11 Indian air stations. This action sparked hostilities with Pakistan and India's support for Bengali nationalist forces in East Pakistan's war for independence, escalating the already-existing conflict with Indian and Pakistani forces fighting on both the eastern and western fronts. 

The Pakistani military's Eastern Command signed the instrument of surrender on December 16, 1971, in Dhaka, thirteen days after the war began, giving India a definite advantage. This signaled the creation of East Pakistan as the new country of Bangladesh.
