SCHOOL EDUCATION PERFORMANCE INDEX 2023 - 2024 / பள்ளிக் கல்வியின் செயல்திறன் குறியீடு 2023 - 2024: மாவட்ட அளவில் பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறையின் செயல்பாட்டை மதிப்பிட செயல்திறன் தரக் குறியீடு மத்திய கல்வி அமைச்சகத்தால் கடந்த 7 ஆண்டுகளாக வெளியிடப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

இந்த நிலையில் 2022-23 மற்றும் 2023-2024 ஆகிய கல்வியாண்டுக்கான மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களின் செயல் திறன் குறியீடு வெளியாகி இருக்கிறது.

மாணவர் உரிமைகள், பள்ளியின் உள்கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகள், பள்ளி மற்றும் குழந்தை பாதுகாப்பு, நிர்வாக செயல்பாடு, வகுப்பறை செயல்பாடுகள் உள்ளிட்ட பிரிவுகளின் கீழ் உள்ள 74 அளவுகோல் அடிப்படையில் இந்த செயல்திறன் குறியீடு மதிப்பிடப்படுகிறது. இதன்பின் 2023-24ஆம் ஆண்டில் 1,000க்கு 703 புள்ளிகள் பெற்று சண்டிகர் முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளது.

இதன்பின் பஞ்சாப் 631.2 புள்ளிகளுடன் 2வது இடத்திலும், தில்லி 623.7 புள்ளிகளுடன் 3வது இடத்திலும் உள்ளது. தொடர்ந்து குஜராத் 614.4 புள்ளிகளுடன் 4வது இடத்திலும், ஒடிசா 595./6 புள்ளிகளுடன் 5வது இடத்திலும், 594.2 புள்ளிகளுடன் கேரளா 6வது இடத்திலும், 592.2 புள்ளிகளுடன் டாமண்டையூ 7வது இடத்திலும், 591.4 புள்ளிகளுடன் ஹரியானா 8வது இடத்திலும், 589.7 புள்ளிகளுடன் கோவா 9வது இடத்திலும் உள்ளன.

அதேபோல் 582 புள்ளிகளுடன் மகாராஷ்டிரா 10வது இடத்திலும், 581.5 புள்ளிகளுடன் 11வது இடத்திலும் உள்ளனர். இந்த பிரிவில் புதுச்சேரி, அந்தமான் மற்றும் நிக்கோபார், ஆந்திர பிரதேசம், தமிழ்நாடு, கர்நாடகா, லட்சத்தீவுகள், மேற்கு வங்கம் ஆகிய மாநிலங்கள் சராசரி செயல்திறன் கொண்ட மாநிலங்களாக இடம்பிடித்துள்ளன.

அதேபோல் தெலங்கானா, அசாம், ஜார்க்கண்ட், திரிபுரா, மணிப்பூர், பீகார், நாகலாந்து, மிசோரம், அருணாச்சலப் பிரதேசம் ஆகிய குறைந்த செயல்திறன் கொண்ட மாநிலங்கள் பட்டியலில் உள்ளது.

இந்தப் பட்டியலில் 2022-23ஆம் ஆண்டு செயல்திறன் குறியீட்டில் 563.7 புள்ளிகளில் இருந்து சரிவை சந்தித்துள்ளது. 2023-24ஆம் ஆண்டு 559.2 புள்ளிகளை பெற்றுள்ளது. இதனால் தமிழ்நாடு செயல்திறன் பட்டியலில் 16வது இடத்தில் உள்ளது.

SCHOOL EDUCATION PERFORMANCE INDEX 2023 - 2024: The Performance Quality Code has been published by the Ministry of Education for the past 7 years to assess the functioning of the school education department at the district level. In this case, the States and Union Territories for the academic year 2022-23 and 2023-2024 have been released.

This performance code is evaluated based on the 74 criteria under sections including student rights, school infrastructure, school and child protection, administrative activity, classroom functions. Chandigarh tops the list with 703 points for 1,000 in 2023-24.

Punjab is then in 2nd place with 631.2 points and Delhi is 3rd with 623.7 points. Gujarat is followed by 614.4 points, Odisha 595./6 with 595./6 points, Kerala 6th with 594.2 points, Damantayu 7th with 592.2 points, Haryana at 8th place with 591.4 points and 589.7 points.

Similarly, Maharashtra is ranked 10th with 582 points and 11th with 581.5 points. Puducherry, Andaman and Nicobar, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Lakshadweep and West Bengal are the average performance states.

Similarly, Telangana, Assam, Jharkhand, Tripura, Manipur, Bihar, Nagaland, Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh are on the list. The list fell from 563.7 in the 2022-23 Performance Index. 2023-24 scored 559.2 points. Thus, the Tamil Nadu is ranked 16th in the performance list.
