WORLD UNIVERSITY RANKING 2025 / உலகப் பல்கலைக்கழக தரவரிசை பட்டியல் 2025: உலகின் சிறந்த பல்கலைகளின் தரவரிசைப் பட்டியலை ஆண்டுதோறும் லண்டனைச் சேர்ந்த குவாக்கரெல்லி சைமன்ட்ஸ்(க்யூஎஸ்) என்ற தனியார் கல்வி ஆய்வு நிறுவனம் வெளியிட்டு வருகிறது. தற்போது 2026ம் ஆண்டிற்கான உலக பல்கலை தரவரிசை பட்டியலை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.

உலக பல்கலைக்கழக தரவரிசை பட்டியலில் முதல் இடத்தை அமெரிக்காவின் மாசூசுட்ஸ் இன்ஸ்டிடியூட் ஆப் டெக்னாலஜி பிடித்துள்ளது.

டெல்லியில் உள்ள இந்தியத் தொழில்நுட்ப நிறுவனம்(ஐஐடி) சிறந்த தரவரிசையில் உள்ள இந்திய நிறுவனமாகும். இது உலகளவில் 123வது இடத்தைப் பிடித்துள்ளது.

இந்தாண்டு தரவரிசையில் 8 புதிய நிறுவனங்கள் சேர்க்கப்பட்டதன் மூலம், இந்தியாவில் தற்போது 54 கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

அமெரிக்கா (192 கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள்), இங்கிலாந்து (90 கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள்), சீனாவில் (72) அதன்பிறகு நான்காவதாக அதிக பிரதிநிதித்துவப்படுத்தப்பட்ட நாடாக இந்தியாவில் (54 கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள்) சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

இந்தாண்டு தரவரிசையில் இவ்வளவு அதிகமான பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள் சேர்க்கப்பட்டதை வேறு எந்த நாடையும் பார்த்ததில்லை. ஜோர்டான் மற்றும் அஜர்பைஜான் இரண்டாவது இடத்தில் உள்ளன. மேலும் 2026 தரவரிசையில் 6 சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

க்யூஎஸ் நிறுவனம் வெளியிட்டுள்ள 2026ம் ஆண்டிற்கான உலக பல்கலை தரவரிசை பட்டியலில் 180வது இடத்திலும், இந்தியாவில் 3வது இடத்திலும் சென்னை ஐஐடி பல்கலைக்கழகம் இடம் பிடித்துள்ளது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

WORLD UNIVERSITY RANKING 2025: The world's top universities are ranked annually by London-based Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), a private educational research firm. It has now released the World University Rankings for 2026.

The top spot in the world university rankings is held by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States. The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Delhi is the highest-ranked Indian institution. It is ranked 123rd globally.

With the addition of 8 new institutions to the rankings this year, India now has 54 institutions. The United States (192 institutions), the United Kingdom (90 institutions), and China (72) are the fourth most represented countries, followed by India (54 institutions).

No other country has seen so many universities included in the rankings this year. Jordan and Azerbaijan are in second place. A further 6 have been added to the 2026 rankings. It is noteworthy that IIT Madras University has been ranked 180th in the world university rankings for the year 2026 published by QS and 3rd in India.
