INDIA WEALTH REPORT 2025 / இந்தியாவின் செல்வ அறிக்கை 2025: மெர்சிடீஸ்-பென்ஸ் ஹூரூன் நிறுவனம் இந்தியாவின் செல்வ அறிக்கை, 2025-ஐ வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. இந்தியா முழுவதும் 1 மில்லியன் டாலர் (ரூ. 8 கோடியே 50 லட்சம்) மதிப்புள்ள இந்திய குடும்பங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை, கிட்டத்தட்ட 8.71 லட்சம் ஆகும்.

இந்த எண்ணிக்கை 2017-ம் ஆண்டு 1.59 லட்சமாகவும், 2021-ம் ஆண்டு 4.58 லட்சமாகவும் இருந்துள்ளது. அதிக கோடீஸ்வரர்களைக் கொண்ட மாநிலங்களின் பட்டியலில் மகாராஷ்டிரா முதல் இடத்தைப் பிடித்துள்ளது. இங்கே 1.78 லட்ச குடும்பங்கள் கோடீஸ்வரர்களாக இருக்கின்றன.

அதிலும் மகாராஷ்டிராவில் உள்ள மும்பையில் மட்டும் 1.42 லட்ச குடும்பங்கள் கோடீஸ்வரர்களாக உள்ளனர். இதனால், இந்த நகரம், 'இந்தியாவின் கோடீஸ்வரர்களின் நகரம்' என்று அழைக்கப்படுகிறது.

INDIA WEALTH REPORT 2025: Mercedes-Benz Hurun has released the India Wealth Report 2025. The number of Indian households worth $1 million (Rs. 8.50 crores) across India is about 8.71 lakh.

This number was 1.59 lakh in 2017 and 4.58 lakh in 2021. Maharashtra has topped the list of states with the most millionaires. There are 1.78 lakh millionaire families here.

In particular, Mumbai in Maharashtra alone has 1.42 lakh millionaire families. Due to this, this city is called the 'City of Millionaires of India'. The next places are occupied by Delhi (79,800 families) and Karnataka respectively.

Chennai has ranked 6th in the list of cities with the most millionaire families. The top five cities are Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, and Kolkata.
