LIST OF SAFEST CITIES FOR WOMEN TO WORK IN INDIA 2025 / இந்தியாவிலேயே பெண்கள் பணிபுரிய பாதுகாப்பான நகரங்கள் பட்டியல் 2025: பெண்களின் பாதுகாப்பு அவசியம் என்பதால்தான், பல நிறுவனங்கள் இதுகுறித்த ஆய்வுகளை வருடா வருடம் நடத்தி வருகிறார்கள்.

பன்முகத்தன்மை ஆலோசனை நிறுவனமான அவதார் குழுமம், கடந்த வருடம் ஆய்வு ஒன்றை நடத்தி, பெண்களுக்கான சிறந்த நகரங்கள் (TCWI) பட்டியலையும் வெளியிட்டிருந்தது.

அதில், 113 நகரங்களில் ஆய்வு செய்து, பெண்களின் வேலைவாய்ப்பிற்கு மிகவும் உகந்த சூழலையும், பாதுகாப்பையும் உருவாக்கும் நகரங்களின் பட்டியலில் சென்னை முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளதாக கூறியிருந்தது.

சென்னையை தொடர்ந்து பெங்களூர், புனே, மும்பை மற்றும் ஹைதராபாத் உள்ளிட்ட நகரங்கள் இருக்கின்றனவாம்.

இந்நிலையில், இந்தியா ஸ்கில்ஸ் என்ற பெயரில் நடப்பு ஆண்டுக்கான அறிக்கை ஒன்று தற்போது வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதில், பெண்கள் பணிபுரிய பாதுகாப்பான மற்றும் விரும்பக்கூடிய டாப் 10 மாநிலங்கள் வெளியாகி உள்ளன.

இதில், நாட்டிலேயே ஆந்திர பிரதேசம் முதலிடத்தை பிடித்துள்ளது. 2வது இடத்தை கேரளாவும், குஜராத் 3-ம் இடத்தையும் பிடித்துள்ளன. அந்த லிஸ்ட்டில் நம்ம தமிழ்நாடு 4வது இடத்தில் உள்ளது.

தமிழகத்துக்கு பிறகு மராட்டியம், டெல்லி, உத்தர பிரதேசம், கர்நாடகா, மத்திய பிரதேசம் மற்றும் அரியானா போன்றவை இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன.

In it, it surveyed 113 cities and said that Chennai is at the top of the list of cities that create the most conducive environment and safety for women's employment. Chennai is followed by cities including Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai and Hyderabad.

In this context, a report for the current year named India Skills has now been published. In it, the top 10 states that are safe and desirable for women to work have been released.

In this, Andhra Pradesh has taken the first place in the country. Kerala has taken the second place and Gujarat has taken the third place. Our Tamil Nadu is at the fourth place in that list. After Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Haryana have been included.
